★ ★ ★ ★ ★ George, Elisabeth and Nick were amazing. Hosts we're accommodating and very easy to work with when requesting insight and accomodations for the area. Although breakfast was not served in the room due to covid; the restaurant provided Pallas always served delicious food. Amazing experience. We splurged on our room with a plunge pool and you bet I was in it everyday. Highly recommend if you want to live the luxurious life of a king in an amazing town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. I felt so sorry we stayed just 3 nights. The location is perfect overlooking the old venetian harbour, the view and services are addictive. They gave us lots of suggestions and reccomendations. We enjoyed it a lot and looking fwd for next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of a kind hotel right in the middle of the harbor in Chania. Top notch service from George and Niko who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is remarkable. Our suite was incredible, and beyond our expectations. The hotel is a great base to explore all of Chania which is an amazing historic city. We cannot wait to stay again at the Residenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give more than 5 stars if we could. This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment that has everything you need for a long or short stay. Perfect location and situated in the middle of old town with panoramic view over the harbour. George was a wonderful host, any questions/queries we had during our stay were answered very quickly. The housekeeping service is also exceptional, lovely fresh breakfast served in our apartment! Exceptional interior made with attention to every detail. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Open for 8 years after 3-year renovation. This is a hidden gem in Chania’s old Venetian harbor.
Impeccable customer service and all the qualities of a small boutique hotel.
