★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και αντιμετώπιση από το Custome Care της Resoul για ελατωμματικό προϊόν της Terra Nation. Το προϊόν δεν δέχονται ότι είναι ελατωμματικό και επιμένουν ότι δεν ξέρω να το χρησιμοποιώ. Δεν ξέρω δηλαδή πως να ανοίγω ένα σκίαστρο παραλίας με "μοναδικό αυτόματο μηχανισμό ανοίγματος-κλεισίματος για μέγιστη ευκολία" όπως διαφημίζει η εταιρεία στην ιστοσελίδα της.
Σε άλλα νέα, κάποια στιγμή μια υπάλληλος από την εταιρεία με πήρε τηλέφωνο με μόνο λόγο να μου ζητήσει να αφαιρέσω προηγούμενο αρνητικό σχόλιο εδώ στο Google. Τα αρχικά "GDPR" (Γενικός Κανονισμός για την Προστασία των Δεδομένων) τα έχουν ακούσει; Η συνέχεια στο Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή...
Unacceptable behavior and treatment by Resoul Custome Care for a defective Terra Nation product. They do not accept that the product is defective and insist that I do not know how to use it. In other words, I do not know how to open a beach shade with "unique automatic opening-closing mechanism for maximum convenience" as the company advertises on its website.
In other news, at one point a company employee called me with the sole reason that I should remove a previous negative comment here on Google. Have you heard the initials "GDPR" (General Data Protection Regulation)? The sequel to the Consumer Ombudsman ...

Excellent service, both by phone and through facebook! We bought awnings and power bank! they came immediately, they were as they were described and they untied our hands during our vacation! We will definitely be back this summer for more products!
