★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 04/12/2019 πήγα μια καστάνια Facom για επισκευή μιας και δεν λειτουργούσε ο επιλογέας ( δεξιά - αριστερά ) . Ενημερώθηκα ότι η επισκευή θα αργούσε μιας και θα την έστελναν στην Αθήνα .
Κάθε μήνα , δηλαδή Ιανουάριο , Φεβρουάριο , Μάρτιο επικοινωνούσα μαζί τους για να δω εάν έχει επιστρέψει από την επισκευή .
Η καστάνια δεν επέστεψε ποτέ στα χέρια μου και την τελευταία φορά που μίλησα μαζί τους και τους ενημέρωσα ότι θα μιλήσω με την Αθήνα μου είπαν ότι μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω με όποιον θέλω .
Η εξυπηρέτηση και η συμπεριφορά είναι επιεικώς ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ .
Δεν προκειτε Ποτέ να αγορασω ούτε βίδα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα .
On 04/12/2019 I went to a Facom ratchet for repair since the selector was not working (right - left). I was informed that the repair would be delayed since they would send it to Athens.
Every month, that is, January, February, March, I contacted them to see if he had returned from the repair.
The rattlesnakes never returned to my hands and the last time I spoke to them and informed them that I would be talking to Athens I was told that I could contact anyone I wanted.
Service and behavior are leniently NECESSARY.
You will never buy a screw from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο after sale service. Αγόρασα ένα τριβειο metabo κ μετα απο 5 μήνες χάλασε. Το πηγα για επισκευή αφου πιστευα ότι θα είχε εγγύηση και ο υπευθυνος δεν ανέλαβε καμια ευθυνη. Το μηχάνημα χάλασε τελείως μου είπε και ουτε το επισκευασε ουτε μου προτεινε κάποια άλλη λυση(να δώσω κάτι επιπλέον να παρω ενα καλυτερο ας πουμε). Και όλα αυτά με υφος σαν να έφταιγα εγω. Μην τον επιλέξετε για τίποτα.
Unacceptable after sale service. I bought a metabo sander and after 5 months it broke down. I took it for repair as I thought it would have a warranty and the person in charge did not take any responsibility. The machine broke down completely he told me and neither repaired it nor suggested me any other solution (to give something extra to get a better one let's say). And all this with style as if it were my fault. Do not choose him for anything.
