★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε μισό αστέρι ή καθόλου αστέρια θα το χρησιμοποιούσα! Παράγγειλα μια πίτσα από την εφαρμογή efood ονόματι "πατατινο". Στην εφαρμογή λοιπόν μαζί με την επιλογή της εκάστοτε πίτσας από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα τα βασικά υλικά τα βάζει ως έξτρα υλικά, εγώ λοιπόν τα έβγαλα και περίμενα να μου έρθει η πίτσα με τα υλικά της ονομασίας της πλην όμως μου ήρθε με σάλτσα ντομάτας και τυρί δηλαδή μαργαρίτα. Δεν με ενδιαφέρει εάν είναι το πρόβλημα του καταστήματος ή της εφαρμογής e food το θέμα είναι ότι εγώ παρέλαβα μια πίτσα που δεν ήθελα, μου την χρέωσαν στην τιμή αυτής που ήθελα ενώ θα έπρεπε να την χρεώσουν ως μαργαρίτα και φυσικά η κριτική αυτή γίνεται περισσότερο για την αντίδραση της αγενους τηλεφωνητριας η οποία αντί να μου πει και συγγνώμη μου ζητούσε και τα ρέστα για όλο αυτό το μπέρδεμα. Δεν το προτείνω σε κανένα και σίγουρα δεν θα παραγγείλω ξανά.

I do not care if it is the problem of the store or the e food application, the issue is that I received a pizza that I did not want, they charged me the price I wanted while they should charge it as a daisy and of course this criticism is made more for the reaction of the rude answering machine who instead of apologizing to me and asking me for the rest for all this confusion. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will definitely not order again.

Today the two pizzas I ordered took 45' to arrive and were cold. After having 3 pieces, I decided to call them and let them know, maybe they could bring me warm ones, since I live 2 blocks away.
The woman on the phone, who surely knows me after all the times I have ordered, refused to do anything about it and told me she could not take them back now because I have already eaten from them! So, clearly, I should have taken a thermometer out when the delivery guy came, to take their temperature, eh?
Long story short, they lost me as a customer today.
