All we ordered was two plates of simple pasta, a salad and foccacia, and waters.
Pasta was tasty
Salad was boring . No dressing of any type.
Foccacia was extremely boring. Very barren with some diced tomatoes. No taste to it.
The waiters were delivering food to other patrons who arrived after us, while it took 45 minutes for the salad and foccacia to arrive.
Waiters were non-existant - no one checked to see if more water was needed despite obviously being out.
It took another 45 minutes for the pastas to arrive with no explanation for being delayed.
It took another 20 minutes for the bill to arrive after requesting it.
Overall, dinner took forever and waiters were very inattentive - I'm not sure if anyone was actually in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was really good, nice and polite waiters. Food wasn't italian at all with italian prices. We ordered salad, mushrooms, pizza, and pastas. Everything was tasteless, and wasn't cooked properly. I wouldn't let this kind of food leave the pass. Sooo expensive for what you get. I give 2 stars ONLY because service was extremely friendly. Nice restaurant but needs to change the kitchen staff and hire a real chef. Okropne jedzenie, strasznie drogo, bardzo mila obsługa, dzieki ktorej nie wyszlam zalamana z restauracji w ktorej zaplacilam 100 euro za jedzenie nie warte 5pensow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is expensive. Same prices as in France (but we are in Greece). The food is rather good, I get the day special : lasagna pesto, the share was rather small which is uncommon for Greece. My SO get a pizza which was rather tasty. We had drinks and asked for tap water, the waitress said that the water at Sifnos is not drinkable. It is dishonest and false, the water is drinkable on the island. They just want you to order drinks (-1 star for this).

The chef even makes his own gressini by hand, that i have never seem.
Everything from the antipasti to the main course has more the taste of gastronomy than counter food.
The waitress is awefully nice and offered us a superb wine liquor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They try, but it's not Italy here. The ingredients are not the same. It's ok, but just that. Service is great. 6 EUR for a Peroni beer seemed a bit too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fantastic. The cocktails delicious and food really good. The only small comment I have: the pizza sauce was rather plain and the carbonara could have used a bit more (actual) parmigiano or the pasta water could have been salted some more. Other than that, delicious.
