We rent a scooter (and a boat trip tour) from them and we had some troubles with the police. They took our scooter’s plate because we parked in a prohibited area. Riva’s guys helped us by contacting the police and they gave us a lift to the police station (10km away from riva’s office) to get back the plate.
They also gave us another scooter immediately because we had to wait a couple of hours before to get the plate back.
And all of this with NO extra charge.
Thanks to the great work of the whole team, especially the 2 Nikos and Sofia, we kept enjoying our vacation in Milos.
I would recommend that to everyone and if I’ll come back to Milos, I will surely pass from them again.
Thanks for making our staying such a great experience.

Communication with Nicos was great, always very reactive, whenever we had questions or required support for our propererty, they offered top service. On top of that we had great fun with the quads we rented at very attractive rates. I can really recommend Riva for organizing a great holiday experience.

But my short experience with riva travel was pretty bad: condescending agent, not helpful plus they made me pay for a form you can easily find online, saying that “is their policy to make people pay for COVID forms”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure to check your ticket before leaving the office. I asked for Paros 3 times and she still printed a ticket for Piraeus. I'll definitely return to Milos, I won't patronize Riva Travel for tickets.

She helped coordinate a transfer to our accommodations and gave us very good recommendations for restaurant and beaches. She made everything very easy and pleasant. I do wish she had mentioned that there was a bus that could take us to our destination.
