This company is A SCAM and UNETHICAL! The people there are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID! We made a booking for renting a car and agreed on everything and we came back to pick up the car the guy there didn’t even remember the agreement although he noted it down in front of us. We had to explain again the agreement for some moment as he has problem to quickly understand to end up proposing a higher price and he was so rude besides all that! He made us loose our time and cool during our short stay in Milos. I really wonder how could someone that unprofessional manage a company! Just go run around the corner and you will find better options.

Unacceptable service from the staff! They canceled our detention without informing us with various unfounded excuses. The staff were ironic and incredibly rude. Avoid this place if you want to have a good time on your vacation.

Staff is largely unhelpful and inconsistent. Cars rented are of mediocre quality (and some older models outright dangerous - we upgraded for safety reasons). Don't use when you have a baby, they do not seem to have appropriate car seats.

Very good quality of services , the rooms were extremely clean and tidy! An amazing office that offers a variety of services that I would completely recommend! From renting a car or booking a nice boat tour ,Athena Travel helped me with everything!

Stay away from this agency if you don't want to see your holiday compromised. On 30 September 2020 at 2:00 pm, I was at the "Athena Travel Services" agency on the island of Milos (Greece) located in Adamas in via Adama-zephiria; in which I agree with a contact person for the rental of a car for the period from 30 September to 5 October for a total cost of € 150. The car is delivered to me with a full tank of fuel, dirty both internally and externally and full of obvious scratches and damage. I decide, just withdrawn, before starting it to make an entire video of the car so as to protect myself in case of future discussions. I start the car and head to our rented house. The apartment we had rented was managed by the same agency that provided us with the car and, once we arrived on site, we did not find anyone to welcome us, let alone the key to access the apartment, as otherwise they had reported to the agency. After repeated attempts to contact, after about half an hour of calls to which we have not received an answer, we are able to get in touch with the agency which, after another 40 minutes of waiting, sends one of their employees who, without even apologizing, opens us the apartment and leaves. They spend 5 pleasant days on the island where we meet friendly and jovial people, we visit fantastic places; in short, we have a wonderful week. On 5 October at 13:00, after filling up the car at the petrol pump closest to the agency, we return the car. An agency employee tells us that we have to pay € 50 for damage to the bodywork. I immediately point out that I have not caused any damage and that I have a video testifying what I say. My tests are worthless and, my mistake since the ferry that would take us to another Greek island was about to sail, I decided to deliver € 50 to the agency. Shortly after I request a receipt for my payment but I am informed that it is not possible to receive it immediately because the body shop will have to work first for the damage I would have done and, only then I could have received it by email. At that point I decide to call the tourist police who promptly intervene but I can only get a receipt for my payment. Speaking with the police, I ask them whether or not they are new to similar situations, the agent replies "usually". Moral of the story is be very careful not to rely on dishonest and untrustworthy people who will try in every way to treacherously extort your money. Stay away from this agency if you don't want to see your holiday compromised.

Rented a room and a car from this company. The car was supposed to pick us up from the airport. I called after about 10 minutes of waiting and they said driver would be 5 minutes. We sat on the curb for 15 minutes until calling again. She said 2 minutes. Waited about 10 more minutes before he arrived. The car we were picked up in was filthy. We drove to the car rental about 5 minutes away from the airport and picked up our room key and rental car. The rental car tank was not full, so they ripped us off there. The car was absolutely filthy inside and out. They didn’t even bother to clean the windshield. We had to sit outside to wait again for another person to take us to the room to show us where to park and he had to let the cleaning ladies in. He also had the clean linens with him. When we got to the place we were supposed to park (a restaurant parking lot owned by someone else) the restaurant owner said no, they cannot park here. So we parked up the road about 1/4 of a mile. It was a VERY long walk to our room. When we arrive at the room the ladies were waiting to get in to prepare the room for us. The mattress was absolutely the worst we have ever slept on and the room was absolutely terrible and filthy. The ladies who prepared the room while we watched only made the bed. The floors were filthy and nothing else was cleaned. The shower head was broken and water went all over the bathroom when we showered. Toilet paper and towels needed to be removed to shower. We had to wear our shoes in the house because of the filth. I wanted to wait to write the review because this was our first experience in Greece and at first we thought, ok maybe this is normal. This is not normal. We have now been to Santorini and Naxos and we are paying about the same amount for rooms that are absolutely gorgeous with private jacuzzis. Both other car rental companies and rooms have been so professional and the cars are well-maintained and very clean. Rooms are organized and hosts are doing what they say. Drivers arrive exactly on time. This company definitely took so much from our experience in Milos. We first felt that we did not like Greece, but that wasn’t the case. We just had a bad experience with this company. Dirty room, not well-maintained at all, dirty car, unorganized, and deceitful. This company does not represent the people of Greece. Please avoid the same mistake we did.

Great experience! Athena is the host of our hotel, she sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport to the hotel. The room was perfect and had a sea view! The host gave us a box of mineral water and a map of the island which saved us a lot of trouble. Because of the off-season and the strike a few days ago, the bus on the island has not resumed, which caused us to be stranded on the beach. The landlord helped us contact a taxi to pick us up from the beach. Next time I will come over in June-August to experience more projects!
