Small Islands is the best travel agency of Milos. They’re super friendly and can arrange everything, even last minute. If you want to make plans for Milos or other nearby islands this is the agency you’re looking for!

Incapable of keeping up with bookings and arrangements. They transfered us to 3 different accommodations. We didn't even see the one we have booked at first. Their excuse was about cleanliness of the room we've originally booked, which I highly doubt cause the first room we were taken to was not clean at all. They took us to "Play with the sand" accommodation. The room was not in Adamas centre. There were ants in the fridge, the soaps/shampoos/toilet paper were used in the bathroom, and the floor looked as if it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. We called Small Islands to inform them about it, they left us wait for a long time, and as a result we lost a lot of precious time on our first day on the island. We would stay for just 4 days. The owner of the accommodation let us know that he hasn't been informed on time about our arrival and that he has made clear that he has asked from Small Islands Direction to check the rooms before letting them. After that we were transfered to an accommodation called Villa Venus. Which was fine but we could only stay for 2 nights because the owner hasn't been informed on time and his rooms were all booked. On the third day of our stay we were supposed to go to Anerrousses, the room we have booked at first. Suddenly that changed and they took us to a hotel called Olea Bay Hotel which is quiet far from the port. That's why we asked from the Small Islands to take us to the port on the day of our depart. The Olea Bay Hotel receptionist called them to tell them we need them to take us there and the director of Small Islands refused to do so and used vulgar vocabulary against us. It has happened that he called us "difficult" and "strange" many times. Let me make it clear here that we have paid everything that we have agreed on paying 3 weeks before our arrival and we just demanded to be treated with the same decency and respect as we've treated them. Last but not least, the driver of "Small Islands" was really rude at times. He even threw our luggage on the ground as if it was trash. Also, when we asked from him to wait for us for some minutes so we can make our check in in Olea Bay Hotel, he firstly agreed and right after we entered the hotel he vanished without a word. All in all. I would like to suggest everybody to try make your bookings and arrangements without Small Islands. Try to find the Hotels/Hostels WITHOUT Small Islands getting in your business. Milos is a very beautiful island and it is really a shame having unprofessionals wasting your time.

Small Islands Travel Agency is the best! They saved our trip and helped us in every possible way. From finding last minute places to stay to booking day boat trips and recommending spectacular sites and restaurants. The staff is relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend their services. I have so many cute freckles after being here only a few days and you can too!

dream vacation in Greece, turned sour... Worst customer service, incredibly rude and disrespectful. Our appartment was infested with ants, including between the sheets and in the pillows. We went to the office to ask for some spray and were told that "this was to be expected" as our appartment was in the countryside. Highlights of the conversation include being told that we "weren't very intelligent" and taking back a discount they had offered. Please, avoid Small Islands at all costs if you hope to have a good time on your vacation!!

I have booked a property on Milos through this travel agency which was with free cancellation two weeks before, it had no prepayment needed and also it said your credit card will not be charged. None of those three things were true! They have charged my debit card, which I only noticed later not immediately and then when I cancelled my booking and called them to tell them to return my money to me they started lying: first they said I have not paid and to provide them proof, then they said they have already transferred the money to me, when I started arguing with them they said they WILL transfer the money and it will be with me in three days, when I called Booking.com to complain they told them it will take seven days to transfer, 10 days later and money was still not in my bank account and after speaking to them again they again tried telling me they’ve transferred and again after arguing I was told it will take now 7 to 15 working days to process the money. I’m sorry what? this used to happen 20 years ago to take two weeks to process a bank transfer, I work with banks every day and it takes minutes to make a bank transfer, three days tops! I made a booking in August and it is now October, and I am still fighting with them. I have never booked with them before and I will never ever ever book again! I want everybody to know that they scam people, they are extremely unprofessional and they are liars, anyone who behaves like that should not be allowed to do business. REPLY: I did not put trust in your company because, on initial contact I was told you didn't receive any money from me and made me provide proof of transfer. I provided a copy of my bank statement. A month later, no refund and on contacting you I had to send you my bank statement again!! Because obviously no one has been dealing with my issue. Then you said you refunded me when you did not do such a thing (it is called a lie) and I had to show my bank statement, AGAIN to prove this! This went on for 3 months with me providing my bank statement 3 times while from your side all I received was nonprofessional behavior. I never heard, We apologise for the mistake we've made, we will refund you ASAP but because we are understaffed right now it may take a while, please be patient. Instead you behaved as if I tried to scam you. And your current reply did not even have an apology and was quite frankly audacious and close to offensive.

We have been corporating with Leonidas Fotinos the last 15 years and all our clients loved the service. The hotels were nice, the transfers in time and the excursions, we organized together, were fine.
