★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff in the sport areas and spa - very cheery Robins make stress go away. Lots of sporting opportunities. New club, still needs to get some stuff sorted like improving sound and look of main restaurant, getting good cleaning personell. They are still planting and building. Also, depending on the time there may be screaming children and parents that don't mind that everywhere- as of now there is almost no escape/few adult only areas. But optimistic that they will get that sorted as the area is huge and then get the full 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time staying at a Robinson Club and we were very enthusiastic about it. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time very much. Especially to mention is the friendly and helpful staff. Although they did animation we never felt pressured or something to join any activities. They did it in a very professional way and we always felt welcomed. Aside from that we liked the Spa area very much. It was a clean and beautiful designed and a perfect spot to relax. Concerning the food, our room, the beaches and the whole grounds, we were very satisfied. Thanks to the whole Robinson Ierapetra team that they made such a great vacation possible for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing resort. Brand new with spacious and contemporary guest rooms. The rainforest shower is wonderful and each room has its own terrace or balcony. Beds are heavenly comfortable. The food is delicious and plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fantastic gym with latest equipment, fantastic tennis courts and gorgeous workout classes. The view overlooking the bay is breathtaking and the wonderful, genuine friendly staff wants to make everybody happy.
