Bungalow was spacious and very clean. Very quite and amazing sea view. Relaxing environment, comfy patio and polite and elegant staff. Everything looks new and it is just perfect. Loved to recommend it to everyone.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. Super gorgeous room, top customer service from the staff, will definitely be back. They were extremely kind with us and made it a priority to stop and make sure all of our needs are met.

Almyra guys are the best! Super friendly and passionate about their jobs. The front desk was extremely professional and appropriately. Management followed up to see how stay was and how we are throughout the 3 days we stayed here. My room was luxurious for the price and the overall experience here was well worth the money. It had shower bathtubs on the bath and a hairdryer. In the room there were a telephone, a safe deposit boxe, TV and a fridge. Definitely I'll be make a reservation next year.

The whole venue was spotless and welcoming. All of the staff are courteous and supportive. I believe it is really healthy and fun for people who go on vacation. The hotel is conveniently located near by the beach. Our room was so beautiful with an excellent view of the pool. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you guys so much for everything. When I come back in Crete I will definitely be coming back here.

The hotel staff was courteous and professional. It had been a fun and well-organized experience. They handle their client as though they were a member of their family, and they respond quickly to requests for support. This is the best of the best hoteliers. Room was spacious, with comfortable double bed and beautiful sea view. Reasonable rates for summer, so I would love to recommend it to all.

We stayed here for a week in 2022 and we loved the resort. the pool area was magnificent and perfect for kids, the bar staff were mostly friendly and you could order anything from soft drinks, ice cream and yoghurt, fruit for the kids and beer and wine, cocktails etc for the adults, they also stocked a selection of snacks and biscuits. The food was generally lovely, nothing groundbreaking but all well made and fresh, we did venture out and ate at the nearby beach restaurant (alatsi) for one of the best meals we've had we also went up the road to a small pizza restaurant - this is so worth the visit it was amazing. the hotel a la carte restaurant was also good and they gave us excellent service - there were also several other restaurants we didn't get a chance to try as well as supermarkets and souvenir shops. The resort has its own private beach with sun loungers and parasols included, we loved the fact that the beach was 50m or less from the hotel so you didn't have to commit to a day at the beach, we stayed by the pool, went for a dip in the Aegean and back up. The resort is close to the seaside town of Ierapetra/ierapetra 10-15min by bus (2€ each way) or taxi (13€ each way) There's also a shop and a massage/spa room named Cretology, the staff here are really friendly and they stock everything from wine (try the local assyrtiko), sweets, chips, water, ice cream down to toys, swimwear, fashion and souvenirs. Would definitely go back, this hotel is especially suited for families with young children

Lack of All! Hotel is nice and it is locted in lovely garden. Close to see, with mountain view. Main problem is lack of personel. In beach there is one person. How he can provide good service if he need to go to main bar to take ice for drinks? Management problems, you need to fight for everything there is all the time lack of glass in cafeteria, lack of cutlery. You are not able to count on hotel personel. they had forgot to prepared breakfast before departure, as a result we went hungry to the airport with a small child. there was there is a big problem with insects. Nothing is happening in the hotel, in two weeks there were animations for adults twice. They do not have any animation for children. The animators are mainly on the table/dinner. The place where the animations for children should be is a burrow that stinks
