Έχει ύψος 25 μέτρα με θέα σε όλη την πόλη της Νάουσας και εσωτερικά διατηρείται ακόμα ο πρωτότυπος μηχανισμός του ρολογιού. Βρίσκεται απέναντι από το δημαρχείο.
