Negative: The property needs a good renovation.

Unfair behavior. I booked in Romanza Villas through Booking.com. Although I cancelled my booking in time for having free cancellation according with Booking.com, Romanza Villas refused to pay me back the deposit of 460 euro. They completely didn't care about Booking.com asking them to pay me back and they just stopped answering to my email. Think twice before booking here

Positive: Everything! The garden, the decoration, the treats, the hospitality... Beautiful stay for 3-4 people! Highly recommended! Many thanks for the orange cake and the mermalade.. Negative: Only the double bed in Room Nr.1 was a bit uncomfortable..

Positive: The apartment was great-spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view of the sea from the patio! The host could have communicated with us better-either an in person meeting when we arrived or explain where he was beyond that we could walk into the apartment and the key was there. He did come and introduce himself to us later that night and by then we had already figured out where to go/what to do by asking another guest and using google. I still recommend staying here as the location is great for visiting Sitia and the eastern beaches and villages.. Negative: Communication with the host.

Beautiful ? Awesome place, quiet, serene Incredible family running the place. We're always present, and very accommodating. They were always asking us if we needed anything. We'll be back

Positive: very nice villa in the quiet surroundings of Sitia. Very nice host, cheerful, helpful and always available. Beds were very comfortable and the house itself very well equipped. Last but not least, a great homemade raki is ready there to welcome you!.

Positive: Room was thoroughly cleaned and towels were fluffy and had this refreshing and distinctive scent of cleanness. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Our host was so kind to provide us with juices, honey, nutella, butter, rusks, raki and homemade cup-cake. (In Greece we call cake what in English is called cup-cake, but we use not the usual cups but much larger (about 1/2 kgr capacity). What in English is known as cake we call it "turta".) That huge cup-cake was made by our host mother and was fresh and tasty. Next day they provide us another one. Keep in mind all these were free of charge, a kind gesture. Rooms and balcony are huge and the kitchen, all though in the small side, is well equipped with full size oven and refrigerator. There is a big flat tv, but we didn't use it; probably neither you will. Air-conditions are quite and efficient, but probably you will not use it much. Parking spaces are available in the premise. About view and location you can judge for yourself with a little help of google earth. Personally, I prefer the area because it's close to Sitia city and next to the main road for Vai, Toplu, Palaikastro and the other southern destinations, but at the same time is serene and we can relax. No unpleasant surprises, a fair price, accurate description of the room, some extra treat to spoil you and a warm welcome, I can't ask for more.. Negative: For the price we paid none worth mentioning. It's obvious that owners are doing their best to improve rooms..

Very confortable accomodation with a wonderful view on Cretan sea. Apartments are very clean and fully equipped. Owner are so kind and helpful for any need you may have
