J	John G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben hier voor de 2e keer.. 1e keer alles perfect, zag eruit als nieuw.. 2e keer merk je dat er niet veel aan gedaan wordt.. Qua verf en veiligheid aan balken e.d balken van balkon liggen los en worden niet geverfd.. Wasbak lekt enz. Luxe huisjes met bubbelbad e.d voor 4 personen maar zou aanraden om er met 2 in te gaanof je moet echte vrienden zijn. Dit ivm privacy!!! Verder een goede plek om te verblijven met zwembad die je zowat elke dag voor jezelf hebt want er staan 5 vrijstaande huisjes, en het merendeel gaat erop uit, of naar het strand.. Goede schoonmaak door de beheerster Penny.. Ik boek incl. auto want je aan het uiterste puntje op een berg. En je kijkt op Kalamata neer. Tip! Neem een auto die een paar keer de berg op kan want ik heb er al 1 opgeblazen. En bij Herz durven ze gewoon een autootje (micra-panda-aygo) mee te geven zodat je in zijn 1 de berg op moet. Eten kan in Kalamata, 10 minuten met de auto. Wel de hele nacht herrie van honden of feesten. In Kalamata en op de berg wordt bij elke kerk wordt nog weleens een bruiloft gevierd en dat door tot de volgende dag.. In het huisje heb je er geen last van... Reis is duur reken op 1900 per week incl. auto, maar je eet voor bijna niets. Good cleaning by the caretaker Penny .. I book incl. Car because you are at the very tip of a mountain. And you look down on Kalamata. Tip! Take a car that can go up the mountain a few times because I have already blown 1 up. And at Herz they just dare to give a car (micra-panda-aygo) so that you have to go up the mountain in his first. You can eat in Kalamata, 10 minutes by car. Noise from dogs or parties all night long. In Kalamata and on the mountain a wedding is sometimes celebrated at every church and that until the next day. N	Nino Grobben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Ryalos Villas. Bij aankomst werden we met een glimlach bij de poort ontvangen en rondgeleid in het huisje en voelden ons meteen thuis. Wij zaten in villa Keleno en waren gelijk heel enthousiast na binnenkomst, zag er om eerlijk te zijn nog beter uit dan op de foto's dus dat was een aangename verrassing. Keuken helemaal prima met 4 kookpitten en een prima oven. Inventaris is goed genoeg om zelf maaltijden te maken. Verder erg leuk de diverse zithoekjes in de woning en de 2 terrasjes, 1 beneden en 1 boven met dat prachtige uitzicht, na 2 weken verveelde dat nog steeds niet. De bedden zijn wat aan de stevige kant echter hadden wij 1 van de dekbedden als topper erop gelegd en scheelde wat extra comfort. Het zwembad was echt top met weer dat mooie uitzicht. Comfortabele ligbedjes met matrasje en douche/wc erbij zijn prettig. Schoonmaak interval was voor ons prima en werd keurig uitgevoerd op afspraak qua tijdstip. Verder wordt het hele complex en zwembad heel goed onderhouden. Qua ligging is het duidelijk, je zit midden op een berg dus wil je wat doen dan moet je eraf en weer erop. Toegangsweg is een flinke klim maar prima te doen, net als de overige wegen in de buurt, veel slinger bergweggetjes maar ook vermakelijk qua uitzicht. De bakkerswinkel onderaan de berg (vlak naast shell-station) is echt heel goed en een feest om daar elke dag spotgoedkoop wat lekkers te halen. 5 minuutjes verderop richting Kalamata zit een Lidl en is alles te verkrijgen. Kalamata boulevard is leuk om wat drukte op te zoeken. Met gratis parkeren en genoeg leuke restaurantjes. Bezienswaardigheden die wij echt de moeite vonden zijn: oud dorpje Kardamili, oude kasteel en daarna stukje door naar prachtige Foneas beach. Gialova golden beach, het kasteel en terugweg langs Stenosia watervallen. De oude stad van Messini was super om te bezoeken, ga je echt even terug in de tijd. Mooi snorkelen in rustige baai van Kitries. What a wonderful holiday we had in Ryalos Villas. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile at the gate and shown around the house and immediately felt at home. We were in villa Keleno and were very enthusiastic after entering, looked even better than in the pictures to be honest, so that was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen completely fine with 4 burners and a great oven. Inventory is good enough to make your own meals. Furthermore, very nice the various seating areas in the house and the 2 terraces, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs with that beautiful view, after 2 weeks that still wasn't boring. The beds are a bit on the firm side, however, we had put one of the duvets on it as a topper and saved some extra comfort. The pool was really great with that beautiful view again. Comfortable sunbeds with a mattress and shower / toilet are nice. Cleaning interval was fine for us and was neatly performed by appointment in terms of time. Furthermore, the entire complex and swimming pool are very well maintained. In terms of location it is clear, you are in the middle of a mountain so if you want to do something, you have to get off and on again. Access road is quite a climb but easy to do, just like the other roads in the area, many winding mountain roads but also entertaining in terms of view. The bakery shop at the bottom of the mountain (right next to the shell station) is really good and a treat to get some goodies there every day. 5 minutes further towards Kalamata is a Lidl and everything is available. Kalamata boulevard is nice to find some crowds. With free parking and plenty of nice restaurants. Sights that we really liked are: old village Kardamili, old castle and then on to beautiful Foneas beach. Gialova golden beach, the castle and way back along Stenosia waterfalls. The old city of Messini was great to visit, you really go back in time. Nice snorkeling in quiet Kitries bay.
