Yes, amazing views from their rooftop dining area & beautiful sunsets. But the cuisine also stands up to the test with gracious, knowledgeable service. When you are tired of “standard tavernas” and looking for something a bit special, this is the place.

Impeccable, attentive staff, and we didn’t expect the food to be so special. Honestly it’s like tasting from a high end degustation menu, all very thoughtfully made and presented, with nice touches such as complimentary amuse-bouche & little sweet to end. Beautiful place for a cocktail (also delicious) and meal.

It has that irresistible combination of high aesthetic space, breathtaking views, divine flavours, and excellent service. R	Rob M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in the hotel below Salair, and we were delighted to be offered a free cocktail because we were on our honeymoon! Salair is a hidden gem. We ate light dinners as we were not very hungry. I had a shellfish ravioli which was delicious. Delightfully, we got amuse bouche to start us off and petit four after our mains, both complementary. The cocktail list was good, there was a nice selection of local beer. The view was fantastic as were the waiting staff. The open air restaurant was a touch windy, which didn’t bother us. A shame to see some people come up and head straight back down due to the wind. Their loss! We had the rooftop to ourselves!
