F	Fay Κotsoroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο κατάστημα για να αγοράσω κάτι πέδιλα το παλικάρι δεν είχε όρεξη ούτε να μου δείξει αυτό που έψαχνα ούτε να μου προτείνει να δοκιμάσω κάποιο άλλο όπως ζήτησα ούτε να με ενημερώσει αν αυτό π έψαχνα υπήρχε σε κάποιο άλλο κατάστημα .Εντελώς απογοητευμένη δεν θα πάω ποτέ ξανά να ψωνίσω από εκεί και εννοείται πως θα το πω και σε γνωστούς μου την εμπειρία που είχα.Αν δεν σας αρέσει η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών γιατί αυτή είναι η δουλειά σας μπορείτε να την αλλάξετε I went to the store to buy some sandals the lad had no appetite nor to show me what I was looking for nor to suggest me to try another one as I asked or to let me know if what I was looking for was in another store. Completely disappointed I will never go to shop there again and of course I will tell my acquaintances the experience I had. If you do not like customer service because this is your job you can change it

I was yesterday 29-1-2021 in this store and all I have to say is very kind staff and very good mood to the customer. Well done!!!

P	Panos Patsadas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση κ προσωπικό. Το επισκέφθηκα με τη σύζυγό μου 11/07/2020 να αγοράσω ένα ζευγάρι Tods . Στα 10 λεπτά που μείναμε, ούτε καλησπέρα μας είπαν, ούτε ασχολήθηκε καμία υπάλληλος μαζί μας, και τελικά φύγαμε. Απλά μας αγνόησαν. Τελικά αγόρασα τα παπούτσια από την boutique της Tods στη Βουκουρεστίου που το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και ευγενικό όπως πρέπει σε κάθε πελάτη ανεξαρτήτως αν έχει μπει για να δει ή να αγοράσει. Στην Ελλάδα ακόμα, πωλήτριες πολυτελών καταστημάτων ξεχνάνε πως είναι εκεί για να εξυπηρετήσουν αυτόν που αγοράζει, και πως δεν είναι πόρτα σε club της παραλιακής για να αξιολογήσουν. Η ευγένεια δεν στοιχίζει... αλλά Καλογήρου Σταδίου 3 .....-12 πόντους Unacceptable service and staff. I visited it with my wife 11/07/2020 to buy a pair of Tods. In the 10 minutes we stayed, they did not say good evening to us, nor did any employee deal with us, and we finally left. They just ignored us. I finally bought the shoes from the Tods boutique in Bucharest where the staff were impeccable and kind to every customer regardless of whether they came in to see or buy. Even in Greece, sellers of luxury stores forget that they are there to serve the buyer, and that it is not a door to a beach club to evaluate. The courtesy does not cost ... but Kalogirou Stadiou 3 .....- 12 points
