★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα στο εν λόγω κατάλυμα για να κλείσω διαμονή μιας ημέρας και ένας κύριος (με ελάχιστη όρεξη) ύστερα από συνεννόηση μου είπε ότι θα μου στείλει στοιχεία λογαριασμού για να βάλω μια προκαταβολή.
Ύστερα από μέρες κι ενώ δεν έλαβα ποτέ στοιχεία ώστε να πληρώσω προκαταβολή, επισκέφθηκα την περιοχή σε άλλο κατάλυμα.
Την ημέρα που είμαι στην περιοχή λαμβάνω τηλεφώνημα απ' τον ίδιο κύριο ο οποίος με ρωτάει για ώρα άφιξης!!!
Όταν του εξηγώ τα παραπάνω, μετά από ένα χλωμό "τελοσπαντων"(!) κλείνοντας το τηλέφωνο πετάει κι ένα "γεια σου ρε παπατζή".
Μαύρο στο κατάλυμα εννοείται.
Υπάρχουν πολλές όμορφες επιλογές, που κατανοούνε πλήρως την Ελληνική για να συνεννοηθείς και να πας να κάνεις τις διακοπές σου με ηρεμία.
 I called this accommodation to book a day's stay and a gentleman (with minimal appetite) after consultation told me that he would send me account details to make a deposit.
After days and while I never received information to pay a deposit, I visited the area in another accommodation.
The day I am in the area I receive a phone call from the same gentleman who asks me for arrival time !!!
When I explain the above to him, after a pale "complete" (!) Closing the phone, he throws a "hello papatzi".
Black on accommodation is meant.
There are many beautiful options, who fully understand Greek to communicate and go on vacation quietly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find a great hospitality at Santa Marina guesthouse. Mr Alkis is great host and Mrs Maria ready to help anytime. The breakfast was fresh. The room was just the type of rooms you can find in mountains. You can feel like home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WiFi connection was poor the beds were really uncomfortable. The pillows were rock solid and the fire place was dirty from previous uses the view was nice. The television was tiny the kitchen was too small but ok for 70€

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good value for money ratio, beautiful old fashioned decor for the most part of the house/apartment, with a cute place outside were you can have your breakfast and chill. Had some issues with the fireplace, there was no lighter, the wood was not dry enough to start the fire and they were too big as well. There is no service apart from the morning hours. Nice breakfast but with no variety. To sum up the place is not that great but it's good enough and pretty cheap, especially taking into account the prices for similar apartments in Loutraki.
