★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I purchased a beautiful ring for my birthday/anniversary while on a Norwegian cruise. The first time I wore the ring, 2 stones fell out. I had to put all of the pieces into a plastic bag until I returned to the states. I took it to a reputable jeweler to fix, and he told me that the product was so fragile that there was nothing that he could do. The company originally told me I could receive a refund through a colleague in new york and then they stopped communicating with me. I went through amex and basically I paid $4200 usd and have an unwearable piece jewelry. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
