β β β β β The hotel is brand new. Very good location, everything is close, two minutes from the center. The area around the hotel is very quiet. The room is amazing, very comfortable spacious and clean.The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful ready to help you. Thodoris (Teo) big connoisseur of the island gives you information and solutions for everything.

β β β β β Had a great time staying at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and location was convenient. But best of all was Theo - he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a plesant one. From helping us with our luggage to giving us local tips to organising tours for us! Highly recommend this place!

β β β β β Excellent value for money. Clean and modern room. Difficult to find. The name on the sign was slightly different to booking.com but recognised the "livin cave rooms" part. After going down some steps it was on the right but sign was high on top of building that I missed it and kept walking. Google maps was showing me another address too.

β β β β β Great hotel, clean, friendly, nice staff and classy.
The rooftop had an amazing view and was great for a glass of wine in the evening.
The hotel is close to Fira City Center and the bus station, which had busses to most places on the island.
Stan, the manager, was amazing! He went out of his way to make our stay the best possible, getting us special treatment in restaurants as hotel guests, offering to accompany us to shop for excursions (making sure we got the best deals) and was always with a great smile and full of welcomings whenever he was around. He really makes the best for his guests, couldnt have had a more amazing host!

β β β β β Frankly it was an okay experience. There are better places in Santorini in the same price. The receptionist is friendly. But the rooms are quite average, atleast the economy room that we booked. The bed could have been better. And some basic things like kettle, tea etc in the room could have been better.

β β β β β This hotel is conveniently located and new and the rooms are very clean too!! The only thing to keep in mind are the steep stairs up and down (not too many, only a few) so with luggage can be problematic. The toiletries, room service and WiFi are great, the sheets are very clean and the host is very friendly. If you hire an ATV donβt park across from the tattoo shop by the hotel, the tattoo shop guy will claim the ATV hit his bike and try to make money off you.

β β β β β Our experience at the Santorini Spirit was great! It is conveniently located a few minutes walk to the main Fira town, shops and bakery. The host was awesome and very helpful with recommending places to visit and rentals. Very hospitable, when we needed a kettle and other things he brought one, and he made sure our rooms were cleaned if we needed it right away. The fridge included water, no problems with air conditioning or water pressure, and room was very clean.
Only downsides we experienced was the water quality on the island, it had a weird smell that stuck to hair, skin and clothes. So even after we showered, the smell still lingered, even worse at the end of the day especially after a long day of hiking under the hot sun. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash!
Another downside is accessibility, you must be physically capable to hike down and up a couple of steep steps to get to this hotel. Every time we left the hotel, it felt like a hike LOL.
Overall, great! highly recommend for price, location, and service quality.

β β β β β This one is tough to review. The rooms are actually very nice, very sterile and white, but with a fantastic shower, lots of hot water and pressure. The bed is especially good and comfortable. We realize it's winter time, but the service from the host has not been good. We had a heater that was not working and had to deal with it for two nights in a row.
