★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a Suzuki Jimny Cabrio for 5 days in September 2019. The car was in great shape and we had no problems with it during our rental. All the people from the staff were really friendly and helpful. The procedure of the rental was quick. Additionally we got a 30% discount to the original price for renting the car online, picking it up and dropping it off at their office in Fira. Thank you very much!

The car was perfect and it is important to say that what we received was exactly what we saw in their website. they also provided us with their transporting services that saved both time and energy. Thank you guys for all the support we will definately come back To you when we visit your beautiful island.

They make you sign a contract agreeing to pay for any damage and then give you a car on the verge of breaking down.
Ours stopped working on the very first day and, even though we hadn't done anything wrong, they charged us 280 euros for "damages and bad use".
Seriously, use any other car rental, there are plenty nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. These guys are mobsters, and ripped us of. Gave us an old, weak car and when the clutch gave in they blamed It on us and pretended It was 6 months old and charged us an extra 280 € (which they promised they'd take from the deposit and still froze our account nevertheless)
Do NOT deal with these guys. There are many and better car rental business nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience renting a car..they provided us a very old car, so that the clutch did not work at all and when we went to Oia the car broke and we had to call them for help. Once they arrived they accused us of being bad drivers, threatening us and they said that if we were not going to pay 400 euros we were going to be left in the middle of the road. According to that situation we had to pay a very expensive reparation for a usage of nearly 30 minutes. The insurance they offer is not an all-risk insurance. Be careful and do not trust them!!!

This car rental company runs a scam (as the other true reviewers have noted) where they take €300 deposit and won’t return it, despite bringing the car back in perfect condition (I only hired the car for a day). They then say to “contact your bank for a refund”. Basically, they take the money and you can (hopefully) recover the money from your bank under insurance. You contact them and they just keep directing you to your bank. I’ve hired cars all around the world and this has never happened. 15 days on and no money returned. They are thieves, plain and simple.
