★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο, ολοκάθαρο μπουτίκ ξενοδοχείο, τέλεια τοποθεσία για βόλτες στην πόλη και την λίμνη με τα πόδια, εξαιρετικό πρωινό, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από τον Δήμο και την μητέρα του. Στα επιπλέον για μένα η τήρηση όλων των μέτρων για covid και η άμεση ανταπόκριση τους σε ότι χρειαστηκάμε.
Very nice, clean boutique hotel, perfect location for walks in the city and the lake on foot, excellent breakfast, impeccable service from the Municipality and its mother. In addition for me the observance of all measures for covid and their immediate response to everything we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came there spontaneously and had a very enjoyable stay for 2 nights. It is a perfect place, newly built in an renovated old-town-house, off the main road, 2 minutes to walk to the cathedral, for example.
Very nice and cozy rooms, perfectly clean, fine modern design, with a patio, I had a good breakfast there.
The owner & host was very friendly and always helpful with recommendations and informations about Ioannina and surrounding.
I can recommend it 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay in Hypnos Cozy Living! The room was fantastic with minimalistic style. Moreover, both the room and the breakfast area where clean and meet Covid protocols. The host was welcoming and always happy to assist. The location is ideal for travelers as it close to the city center and sites of interest. Hence, we surely recommend this property and we will visit it again!
