Many retail investors have lost over 95% of their initial investment due to their poor and abusive tactics. They are the new DRYS. They will buy new vessels with your money.

This Greek #drybulk #shipping company has systematically destroyed #shareholder money since more than 8 years through endless reverse splits. $SHIP. Unfortunately I realized it too late after I lost 2/3 of my invested money in less than two months.

Not sure exactly what the original value of the stocks were upon initial offering but this company have undergone numerous reverse splits diluting investor funds. They appear to use a rinse and repeat formula, potential loophole in NASDAQ's requirement for listing while offering little to no return on investments.
This company appears to be guided by North American Greed for potential high value returns on investment by listing on the NASDAQ and have a fish pond of potential new investors to prey upon.
Don't get caught in the trap. I would not call it a scam, but walks like a duck, quacks and act like a duck.... get the point!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this company’s stock with the ticker “SHIP.” They have a track record of reverse splitting (recently 1 for 16), then doing a public offering to fill their own pockets and dilute shareholders. The stock is down 90 percent in the past month (pre split worth close to 4.70 - presently now at .52). The stock fails to stay above 1 dollar to meet nasdaq requirements. The executives win, while the shareholders/owners lose. Warning future potential buyers, so you don’t lose 90 percent in 1 month, like I and many others did. Stay clear of this company and their stock, as it’s a terrible investment. Hopefully this will save someone else from making the poor decision of purchasing their stock. Current shareholders are arranging a lawsuit towards this company.

This company is a company that I consider to be stable for many, many years, and especially since it took over the current CEO, it shows a serious development and modernization results. When I invest somewhere my goal is to keep my money insured first and then gain more value. For money to remain insured, a business must continue to exist, have a proper credit profile, conclude agreements and modernize. The situation is already promising and the future will be very positive as long as there is a strategy.
