Άψογος γρήγορος και λογικές τιμές. Ας ελπίσουμε να αντέξει η τηλεόραση για αρκετό καιρό πλέον. I went to the TV for repair as it had a problem on the board than the man told me ... estimate in less than 24 hours of repair within 2 days. Impeccable fast and reasonable prices. Let's hope the TV lasts for a while.
T	Thanos Pappas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική δουλειά, μου έφτιαξε την τηλεόραση που τα εξουσιοδοτημένα service δεν μπορούσαν και ζητούσαν ανταλλακτικά πάνω των 1000 €, την επιδιόρθωσε και δουλεύει σαν καινούρια και σε εξαιρετικά χαμηλό κόστος. Πάρα πολύ γρήγορα, την ίδια η μέρα μου την παρέδωσε. Έμεινα εξαιρετικά ευχαριστημένος και τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα από εδώ και πέρα ότι πρόβλημα έχω με τηλεόραση / οθόνη θα πηγαίνω εκεί. Το επίσημο εξουσιοδοτημένο service της Samsung, αφού έλεγξε την τηλεόραση (με χρέωση για τον έλεγχο €35) , με ενημέρωσε ότι είναι πρόβλημα panel και για την επισκευή απαιτείται νέο panel αξίας περίπου €1.200 + εργατικά!!! Σε ερώτησή μου αν μπορεί να γίνει κάτι άλλο για την επισκεύη ήταν κάθετοι και απόλυτοι (λέγοντάς μου ότι αν μπορούσε να γίνει κάτι άλλο θα μου το έλεγαν). Ρώτησα για μεταχειρισμένο ανταλλακτικό. Ούτε αυτό γινόταν. Ουσιαστικά μου είπαν να την πετάξω... Πήγα την τηλεόραση στο Service Κρητικός (παρόλο που ήταν πολύ μακριά από την κατοικία μου) επειδή διάβασα πολύ καλές κριτικές. Ευτυχώς! Ανέλαβε να ελέγξει την τηλεόραση δωρεάν και πολύ προσγειωμένα (χωρίς το "τουπέ των εξοσιοδοτημένων συνεργείων) μου υποσχέθηκε ότι θα προσπαθήσει να τη φτιάξει, αν φτιάχνεται και με ενημέρωσε για το κόστος επισκευής (αν τελικά τη φτιάξει), το οποίο ήταν απολύτως λογικό αναλογιζόμενος ότι είχα αγοράσει την τηλεόραση €1.750. Μέσα σε 2 ώρες, με κάλεσε να με ενημερώσει πως η τηλεόρασή μου επισκευάστηκε!!! Έτσι, απλά, γρήγορα, με ευγένεια και με απόλυτη τεχνογνωσία επί του αντικειμένου του!!! Έυχαριστώ! Super Service !!!
