Y	YG Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the resort for our honeymoon and the staff kindly left us a fruit hamper + bottle of sparkling. Here's a quick review: Great location - right next to high street + plenty of restaurants Diverse and polite guests - the guests are mainly mature couples with a few young family. Lively but never rowdy Delicious buffer - local Greek delights with wide variation of foods, snacks provided from 4-6pm, we never go hungry Attentive staff - Very observant and polite, always paying attention to your needs. My only 2 complaints - A/C was a little noisy at night, and the pillows were a little too soft and thin... but otherwise, great place for an all-inclusive.
S	Saco 0314 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice hotel, there are two swimming pools, one has salt water en the other one just normal they both are a good size and the temperature is perfect. The restaurant has goog variations of food, everyday there is something new to try, and the breakfast is really good compared to other hotels I’ve been. The hotel is on a good location close to the beach and city and not too busy or noisy, also the people that work here are very kind and they have a good cleaning service. I give this hotel 5 stars, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, the whole place has a lovely design so almost in all places there is no need for a mask as it's in open air. Beautiful sight. Unforgettable experience. You can take photos in the hotel passages and it would look like you are in a Greek village in a movie :) The guys at the pool bar and restaurant are the best. Helpful, pleasant and genuinely happy to help. Cons: to use the spa, you are asked to sign the evaluation form but not to fill it up! The spa staff are great so it would have been a good review anyway but the fact that they ask you not to fill up the firm but to sign it is a bit strange to say the least.(you won't get service if you don't agree to sign it which is not good) The beach bar man can be very impolite and rude. Feels like he know you are willing to ignore his tone and body language as you don't want to ruin your holiday so he does as he pleases (the only unpleasant staff we came across of) Although the resort is "all inclusive" you will have to pay extra for certain things (mostly soft drinks!) like bottle of water and ice coffee with ice cream. They will tell you these are not part of "all inclusive" which makes no sense whatsoever! The cleaning staff forget to change the towels (4 out of 14 nights) which is not bad generally speaking but for a resort of this level I was expecting a bit more.

The rooms were nice and the personal touch of your family name on the tv was nice. The bed and pillows were horrible! We woke up with a sore back and neck every morning. They ask to not hang your towel on the poolbeds or they might get removed. They never enforced this rule, Thus every bed at the pool was taken. I missed the personal touch in this hotel by the staff. For the most of them, we were number xxxx of the season. I do recommend the stay for just a few relaxing days. But please do something about the beds.
S	Sheila Masters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't stay here for a holiday, definately not a 4 star and barely a 3! Staff not attentive or friendly. Cocktails were pre-mixed and not that nice. Food is absolutely appalling. Same food everyday gers boring a monotonous. Food very bland and hotel does not cater well to different dietary requirements. Not much in the way of choice either. No specific children items and containers empty frequently. Not worth the price paid to stay here. They must make a damn good profit! Wouldn't stay again

Other than in the all you can eat Minoan restaurant. The service is impeccable, there are two A la carte restaurants that can be booked into, still free, and the breakfast, lunch, snack and supper buffets are actually very good. The wine is awful but all other booze most pleasing. There are three pools, many bars and the beachy bit is cracking. I can't stress enough how helpful and generally brilliant each of the staff is.
P	Peter Caffrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is busy tourist hotel. The room was small but comfortable .There was an excellent shower room with plenty of hot water. The all inclusive food was very good with the sweets superb. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had clean towels every day. Whilst the coffee was poor and the orange juice tasteless the drinks in general were very good and the pool bar workers friendly.The wine was glugable and the g and t's good. The two pools were well used and enjoyable. A very pleasant holiday. Whilst the main street is very busy with loads of car/scooter and vehicle hire shops between loads of bars, restaurants, and tourist shops , the promenade walk is better. A welcoming holiday hotel which was just what we needed but likely to be very busy in main season.
