Not even worth a star staff very rude had to change pillow as was stained and very dirty food awful no bacon fried eggs or sausages staff were hovering over the food. We ate out as it was that bad when we 1st ate there I found a piece of wire wool which got lodged in my throat I gave it to the staff and not even an apology wish I took a photo now and took it further also you have to take all your plates back and clean up after yourself. But most of all you had to ask for toilet roll not nice so please don't waste your money in staying there beds dirty and linen change you only get 1 bath towel it's a joke should be reported and closed till its sorted

We were at Silver Beach last week. The room was ok the bathroom wasnt very clean. We have never been to a hotel where the toilet is dirty the seats don't fit the shower curtain doesn't fit properly. The towels smelt bad and needed replacing. We did not have a bath mat all week which was quite dangerous as the bathroom floor was slippery. We asked the cleaner to replace the bed sheets the cleaner also took the pillow cases off but did not replace them with. No TV's in the hotel at all or any entertainment. The aircon was extra. We were told it us the first year they have done all inclusive but the range of food was limited and poor quality we ate out most meals. We didnt go in the pool but someone was complaining at the bar as it wasn't very clean. The hotel in general was quite clean and tidy. Staff work long hours and they dont have enough. The restaurant is self clean you have to take your plates up to a trolly and scrape off left overs. I don't think it would take much and it could be a really nice hotel. I would not go back to Silver Beach!

Dirty, no reception, 2 weeks with no clean bedding. Staff awful, would have been better sleeping on the beach.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Only had bath towels (1 per person) which were not changed daily. The sheets not changed at all. The staff were all lovely, couldn't do enough for you for you. No tea/coffee available aftrr 11pm till 8am.

Nice Hotel but Food is bad supposed to be all inclusive very little included. We had someone go in our room and move stuff. Reception is very rude and is majorly a polish place. Hotel itself is nice your better off getting an apartment and eating out don't waste your money on all inclusive here... There's also between meals snacks provided. No entertainment either

Good rooms and service, good localization, one minus is breakfasts, sometimes monotonous and and druting supper guest have to pay for water or drinks, maybe it have been changed.

Breakfast was a disaster, cheap food and same choice every single day. There is no wifi on the second floor. They don't change your sheets or clean your room, they just change your towels. Bathroom isn't very clean and you just get two little soaps. You have to pay additionally for air conditioner and safe. Staff is very rude. The only good things here are the pool and my belief that the hotel is pretty safe.

If you are English especially,do not stay here!!!....The manager is the worse possible person ever she's so rude doesn't try to help and just walks off saying not my problem.the kitchen staff don't wear hair nets,the facility is filthy doesn't get cleaned daily I had to ask for sheets and clean towels. Cats hovering around the dining area,flies landing on food. Noone takes responsibility for anything. No television, no air conditioning you have to buy a bottle of water to eat your meal with.the only thing I ate was chips everything else was re heated or not cooked properly.my boyfriend was bit through the bedding not being properly cleaned as per usual she denied this as her hotels problem. Also you ask a question and apparantly she doesn't understand so why run a hotel?.....never coming back and i advise you to not waste your money here it will be a horrible holiday experience.everyone has agreed in this Arearly it's the worst hotel. Asked for a complaints form which was shrugged off like anything else I've brought up x
