★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to rent a car from a local firm, to support them after CoVid19, so I chose Simple Rent a Car, and I was not disappointed. They delivered a perfect service, and showed up in the airport with the cars. Friendly and helpful. And no problems at all in the 10 days we had the cars.

Kostas and Manos were very responsive and friendly, short chat in WhatsApp and they helped me to choose proper car for my needs, it was turbo-diesel Skoda Rapid, the price was quite reasonable. Kostas met us at the airport, 5 min and we got our car. We totally enjoyed our holiday, car was OK with no problems. Last day of vacation I asked Kostas to collect car at our hotel, we decided to return by group transfer. Just short message and Kostas arrived in late evening to collect the car, very kind man! Thank you for the great vacation, we love Crete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to rent a car in Crete for my trip this summer. as always I do prefer to rent directly with the local I found this amazing guys. super professional from the first contact, I even called then before I rented to ask some questions and Manos every moment was super thoughtful. super smooth all communication. def if I ever return to Crete I would not think twice to contact then and rent again. highly recommend if you are looking for good time and stress free. this is the right company to contact. thank you for everything Manos looking forward to see you guys next summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. Delivered and picked up to 30 mins inland for a small fee. Really relaxed, not paranoid or desperately looking for damage (though we didn't make any). Very fair price for a reliable Hyundai i20 automatic that was great for two adults and two little kids. Fair fuel policy. Totally clear and succinct terms and Conditions (about 100 words of crystal clear unambiguous English leaving us with no questions) Opposite experience compared to the big international companies. Completely recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Manos and Kostas for providing a great rental car solution !!! The whole process was simple! The car was delivered to our hotel and we were able to see Crete at our own pace! The best advice was to avoid going on the road to Balos lagoon! Lots of people were destroying their rental cars while we sat back and enjoyed the organised tour bus. Thanks again, we would definitely use you in the future !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This car rental was what made our entire vacation on Crete possible! Getting the car was extremely easy upon arrival! Manos met us at the airport where I was able to pay and get a ton of suggestions of great stops all over the island. The transaction was very easy. Manos even touched base with us a couple times during our visit. Upon our arrival back in Heraklion, we dropped the rental off with zero issues. Truly one of our best rental experiences we have ever had. Top notch!!! Bravo!!!!
