★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience from booking the reservation, picking up the car at Heraklion airport, to returning. The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. Upon our arrival, the car was ready as stated (very clean, very new, and even cooled down on a hot day). Check-in took a max of 10 minutes then we were on our way with a nice personal gift provided by the owner. Return was was just as simple with an after-hour drop box and clear instructions. MCar has all the efficiencies of the big car rental companies but provides a personal, friendly approach to make the beginning and end of your travels as easy as can be. Definitely recommend them for car rentals on Crete

The car it was clean and ready to go at the moment we arrived and all the process has been done in 5 min. We very recommend MCar when you want to rent a car in Heraklion, Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing reliable friendly. Rented a sportage for 4 days, brand new car we were the second to use it so was excellent.
Arrived at port and she was waiting for us with the car ready so made it super easy with a map and some helpful info. Also gift of oilive oil from Crete which was a very nice gesture
On return we parked car in our hotel for last night and they came picked it up so highly recommend this company, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New cars, friendly/family business, all without issues and any delays. We rented nice car, VW Caddy - 4 people, including 3yrs old in special baby seat, 3 big, 3 small luggages. Car was excellent - only 25000 km, but like new. Good, comfortable engine, a lot of space. Easy to drive, easy to park. Quite economic. I'm not sure how many km we made but we had to tank fuel only once. Clean and efficient aircondition.
Checkin process was quick, entrance is in front of terminal - easy to find.
We saw car before signing anything. Anyway, full insurance coverage.
Also return was super quick, took 5 minutes or less and we were ready for our flight.
Very good prices. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good car, almost new , around 18000 km. Staff very friendly, easy to rent the car, easy to find the mcar park at airport and also easy to return the car. We had no problems/incidents with the car during our 7 days of holiday. No credit card needed and good price considering the short notice period. I would definitely use their services again in future.
