Also until end of Μarch will be ready the new buildings and new charter flights will be at the program,
easy to rent a car throw rent-a-car-sitia-airport.gr
sitia airport is not far from sitia area .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport is very small, there is only one coffee shop at the arrival and one after getting through security. Don't buy a sandwich there as they are very expensive and not good at all. Better food you will have on the plane and even cheaper.Have in mind that there is only one car rental, so get as fast as you can to the counter. The queue can get very long. You might need to book a car in advance otherwise it could happen that there is no car available. The babies area for changing diapers is not very comfortable, there is only a very small wood table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport like all airports has plus and minus, but it's the only one in the east part of Crete, extended and renovated recently. Easy access and near to the city, you can practically walk in 20min to the center of Σητεία. The locals use the road sides the airport, for a walk, running and the great sky view!
