Nous avons payé 250€ pour une « bosse » sous la voiture, à aucun moment nous avons heurté quoi que ce soit durant notre séjour. Le responsable savait où regarder. Vous devez laisser une caution de 800€ à l’arrivée, débitée d’office. Ils ne vous la rendront pas en entier à la moindre égratignure. Certes le prix de location est bas mais l’expérience vécue ne le vaut pas ! Fuyez vers des agences classiques. They are scammers. Lors de la restitution du véhicule trouve (comme pour tous les commentaires précédents) une légère rayure sur le bas de caisse impossible à voir (il vérifie tout de suite cet endroit précis) : résultats ? 350 euros. La technique est bien rodée : le loueur nous donne un rendez vous 2 heures avant notre vol pour faire sa petite combine et que nous ne puissions pas nous retourner. Die Übergabe ging schnell, Hinweis: Wer außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten den Waagen zurück geben will, muss 25 Euro extra zahlen, hatten wir leider zu spät gelesen. Mietwagen war sauber, nur die Frontscheibe hätte mal geputzt werden können. Bei Rückgabe aber die gleich Erfahrung wie in anderen Bewertungen. Kratzer im Unterboden. Dort hatte ich keine Fotos gemacht und konnte so nicht beweisen, dass der Schaden schon vorab bestand. Einbehalten von 250 Euro, mit gleich dem Hinweis, dass ich das Geld doch von der Vollkasko wieder bekommen würde. Hinweis: Unbedingt auch den Unterboden fotografieren und den schwarzen Kratzer auf dem Foto habe ich schon bezahlt! Gemietet hatte ich über Check24 und hoffe jetzt den Schaden bezahlt zu bekommen - Update kommt. Be sure to take photos of the underbody! First of all they say they pick you up at the airport since they have no booth at the airport directly. After calling them 10 times, they picked me up with 90 minutes delay. No apology no nothing, When I investigated the car I discoveredu a scratch (4cm or so) . I pointed out the scratch. They said they don’t mark it as all scratches under 5cm don’t count. I know this odd policy from other countries, so it was ok for me. When I returned the car they pointed towards this scratch and now tell me I have to pay. He was directly going to this scratch without hesitation when I returned the car. Just as if it was staged completely.
