★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von Deutschland aus gebucht. Wir wurden am Ausgang des Airports mit Namensschild empfangen und zur Verleih Station des Autos gefahren. Dort wurde eine Kaution hinterlegt und wir konnten los. Nach der Rückgabe wurden wir wieder zum Airport gefahren. Sehr gerne werden wir wieder auf Sundpots Car zugreifen.
 Booked from Germany. We were greeted with a name tag at the exit of the airport and driven to the rental station of the car. A deposit was deposited there and we could go. After the return we were driven back to the airport. We will be very happy to have access to Sundpots Car again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και το 1 αστέρι είναι πολύ. Νοικιάσαμε αυτοκίνητο με παραλαβή και επιστροφή την ίδια μέρα μέσω του site experia. Πληρώσαμε μικτή ασφάλεια και πουθενά στους όρους δεν αναγραφόταν ότι θα καταβάλουμε έξτρα ποσό εγγύησης. Όταν φτάσαμε στην Κέρκυρα και μας ενημέρωσαν γι αυτό, ζητήσαμε από την υπάλληλο να μας δείξει που αναγράφεται το ποσό των 750 € σαν εγγύηση και αφού δεν βρήκε κάπου στους όρους να αναγράφεται κάτι τέτοιο από την κράτηση μας απλά μας παρότρυνε να ακυρώσουμε την κράτηση. Η άφιξη μας ήταν για εργασία και χρειαζόμασταν το αυτοκίνητο. Μας χρέωσε επιπλέον 15 ευρώ για να κατεβάσει την εγγύηση στα 250 € και μας είπε το αργότερο έως Πέμπτη θα έχουν επιστραφεί τα χρήματα μας ( Σάββατο έγινε η κράτηση).Το αυτοκίνητο που είχαμε ζητήσει ήταν μικρής κατηγορίας (Aygo), μας δώσανε Peugeot 208 που είναι στην υψηλή κατηγορία με μεγαλύτερο ποσό εγγύησης. Το ρεζερβουάρ δεν ήταν γεμάτο όπως όφειλαν, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι εμείς έπρεπε από μόνοι μας να καταλάβουμε πόση βενζίνη πρέπει να συμπληρώσουμε όταν το παραδώσουμε και τελικά δώσαμε στον υπάλληλο που το παρέλαβε μετρητά! Το δε ποσό εγγύησης; 5 μέρες τώρα και ακόμη περιμένουμε την επιστροφή του. Μετά από σημερινή επικοινωνία η απάντηση τους :ήταν πως θέλει έως 10 εργάσιμες να πιστωθεί... Πραγματική απογοήτευση!!!!!

He charged us an additional 15 euros to lower the guarantee to 250 € and told us that our money would have been refunded by Thursday at the latest (the reservation was made on Saturday). is in the high category with a larger amount of guarantee. The tank was not full as it should be, which means that we had to figure out for ourselves how much petrol we had to refill when we delivered it and finally gave it to the employee who received it in cash! And the guarantee amount? 5 days now and we are still waiting for his return. After today's communication, their answer: it was that he wants up to 10 working days to be credited ... Real disappointment !!!!!
