★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go passed the lighthouse and follow the sign to the windmill. There is a nice tavern there with a great panoramic view and a stairway that will take you 200m further down to the sea. There you can literally swim in the blue caves which are normally approached by boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful sunset. We didn't go to the lighthouse but to a caravan close. You could sit there when you bought something. You had a great view from there. Can get a bit cold after sunset so you should bring a jacket. Certainly worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again a must see place in Zakinthos. Around Lighthouse you will also find an old Windmill and white colored steps which will bring you down to the sea. Amazing views and spectacular color of water. Highly recommend to visit! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most northern part of Zákynthos is the lighthouse which is still in full working condition
From here you can get a boat to go to the blue caves and to the shipwreck
Well worth the money and the drive up to the north. Best time to see the blue caves is early as possible in the morning when the sunlight shies directly into the caves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't go out of your way to see it. It's small, nothing worthwhile.
The views of the sea on the other hand are spectacular.
There is a wind mill that is a few hundred meters away as well. There are no sails on it but something else to see while there.
If your hungry, go down to sea level and eat off the water at one of the restaurants.
