★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff very patiently walked us through the differences between US drivers license, international drivers permit, and the required licenses for large and small scooters. We were unable to rent a scooter due to insurance reasons, and then they had no cars available, but the customer service and overall experience was wonderful nonetheless; they really tried to make something work for us. Would absolutely recommend for other travelers.
