We entered while quarantine measurements were compulsory by law for everyone to wear a mask. The stuff was wearing it below the face, covering their neck. I asked whether he is realising he is not wearing his mask, which was illegal on that day. He said he bothered him. I had just lost someone close to me to covid so I insisted that he should be wearing his mask so we do not have to burry beloved one in a plastic bag. He smirked. Still not putting his mask on.
