Ο Παναγιώτης αποστάζει χρόνια τώρα εμπειρία, αγάπη, πάθος, μεράκι, σκληρή δουλειά, όραμα και όνειρα και το αποτέλεσμα μαγεύει εμάς τους κοινούς θνητούς, ευφραίνοντας όχι μόνο καρδίαν αλλά και όλες τις αισθήσεις.Αν δεν αγαπάτε το κρασί, θα το αγαπήσετε. Αν δεν γνωρίζετε για το κρασί, θα μάθετε. Αν γνωρίζετε, θα αναφωνήσετε σαν το Σωκράτη "Έν οίδα, ότι ουδέν οίδα". Αν είχατε σχηματίσει γνώμη για το ελληνικό επιχειρείν, θα αναθεωρήσετε άρδην.
