Νομίζω πως αν προσέφερε δωρεάν parking (όπως όταν ξεκίνησε) ή κάποια έκπτωση βάσει αγορών από τα καταστήματα του εμπορικού (π.χ. 2-3% της αξίας των αγορών να μειώνουν το κόστος στάθμευσης), τότε θα μπορούσε να ανεβάσει και πάλι την επισκεψιμότητα του εμπορικού κέντρου. Βέβαια ίσως και να μην θέλουν να αυξηθεί η επισκεψιμότητα διότι πάνω από τα καταστήματα εστίασης υπάρχουν γραφεία επιχειρήσεων και η αύξηση της κίνησης θα οδηγούσε και σε αύξηση του θορύβου.
 Disadvantage is the parking policy. I think that if it offered free parking (as when it started) or some discount based on purchases from the shops of the mall (eg 2-3% of the value of the purchases to reduce the cost of parking), then it could increase the traffic again of the mall. Of course, they may not want to increase traffic because there are business offices above the restaurants and the increase in traffic would lead to an increase in noise.
