N	Neoklis Karampouikidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και το ένα πολυ τους είναι. Αναμέναμε παραδοση στο ΚΑΛΟΠΗΓΑΔΟ από τίς 18-4-2020. Απειρα τηλεφωνήματα για να βγάλουμε γραμμή, θα έπρεπε να έχεις τυχη. Όσες φορές καταφέραμε να μιλήσουμε θα το εφερναν σε κανα δυο μέρες. Στις 02-05-2020 μας ενημέρωσαν ότι άνοιξε νέο κατάστημα στην Κερατέα και θα μας το εφερναν εκείνοι. Σήμερα 11-05-2020 κάλεσα στο κατάστημα της Κερατέας και με ενημερωσαν ότι έγινε επιστροφή του δέρματος στην εταιρεία στις 09-05-2020, χωρίς καν να μας παρουν ενα τηλέφωνο, έστω να παμε να το παραλαβουμε εμείς, γιατί λόγω του μεγάλου διαστήματος δεν μπορουσαν να το παραδώσουν,οπως μας ενημέρωσαν. Απλά ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ και στα δυο καταστήματα. Το δευτερο κομμάτι αφορά το κατάστημα της Κερατέας αλλά δεν έχει ακόμα σελίδα για αξιολόγηση. And one of their many is. We expected delivery to KALOPIGADO from 18-4-2020. Infinite phone calls to get a line, you should be lucky. As many times as we managed to talk, they would bring it in a couple of days. On 02-05-2020 we were informed that a new store had opened in Keratea and they would bring it to us. Today 11-05-2020 I called the Keratea store and they informed me that the skin was returned to the company on 09-05-2020, without even taking a phone call from us, even if we go to pick it up, because due to the long distance we do not they could deliver it, as they informed us. Just UNACCEPTABLE in both stores. The second part concerns the Keratea store but does not yet have a page for evaluation.

Είχα επείγουσα αποστολή (φάρμακα) για την Θάσο και πήρε σε Καβάλα και Θάσο για να επισημάνει το επείγον και να βεβαιώσει ότι η αποστολή θα πάει όσο το δυνατόν πιο γρήγορα. Flawless service and courtesy from the bookstore lady who also works as a Speedex hub. I had an urgent shipment (medicines) for Thassos and got to Kavala and Thassos to point out the urgency and make sure that the shipment will go as fast as possible.

E	Eirini Oiko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για Speedex Αναβύσσου: Ο υπάλληλος είναι αγενέστατος και αντί επαγγελματιας, με πήρε τηλέφωνο και μου λέει έχω ένα δέμα για σένα πότε θα έρθεις να το πάρεις;; Λέω πολύ ευγενικά ότι είναι λίγο δύσκολο να παραλάβω σήμερα ή αύριο, μπορείτε να το φέρετε μεγάλη Πέμπτη; Και μου απαντά σιγά μην το φέρω και μεγάλο Σάββατο με τη λαμπάδα, άμα θες να στο φέρω θα στο φέρω τώρα αλλιώς έλα να το πάρεις εσύ!!! Τα σχόλια δικά σας... For Speedex Anavyssos: The clerk is rude and instead of a professional, he called me and said I have a package for you when will you come to get it ?? I say very kindly that it is a little difficult to pick up today or tomorrow, can you bring it a big Thursday? And he answers me slowly, do not bring it and a big Saturday with the candle, if you want to bring it, I will bring it now, otherwise come and get it yourself !!! The comments are yours ...
B	Barbara P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήδη 12 μέρες περιμένω να παραδώσουν ένα δέμα (διακίνηση εντός Αττικής), ο συνεργάτης τους αναφέρει στο tracking ότι ήμουν δύο φορές "ΑΠΩΝ" (??), όμως όπως μου εξήγησε η κυρία στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν με βρήκαν, άλλα ότι δεν πρόλαβαν να παραδώσουν το δέμα όταν τελείωσε η βάρδιά τους... (προφανώς για δική τους κάλυψη).... Όταν τους ρώτησα πότε τελικά θα γίνει η παράδοση μου είπαν ότι δεν ξέρουν σίγουρα.... ΙΣΩΣ την ερχόμενη Παρασκευή (σήμερα εντωμεταξύ είναι Δευτέρα!!) ή την Παρασκευή της ΕΠΟΜΕΝΗΣ εβδομάδας,,,, γι' αυτό να το αφήσουν κάπου-κάπως-κάποτε και να πάω να το πάρω η ίδια. Εάν ήταν έτσι θα πήγαινα να αγοράσω το προϊόν από φυσικό κατάστημα. Ε, τελικά ακύρωσα την παραγγελία και τώρα θα περιμένω πότε η καλή speedex θα επιστρέψει το δέμα στην εταιρεία για να μπορέσει αυτή με τη σειρά της να μου κάνει κάααποια στιγμή την επιστροφή χρημάτων. Και το 1 αστέρι επειδή δεν έχει παρακάτω. I have been waiting for 12 days for a package to be delivered (traffic within Attica), their partner mentions in the tracking that I was "APON" twice (??), but as the lady in the call center explained to me, this does not mean that they did not find me, but that they did not manage to deliver the parcel when their shift ended ... (obviously for their own coverage) .... When I asked them when the delivery will finally take place they told me that they do not know for sure .... MAYBE next Friday ( today in the meantime is Monday !!) or on the Friday of NEXT week ,,,, so let them leave it somewhere-somehow and go and get it myself. If so I would go buy the product from a physical store. Well, I finally canceled the order and now I will wait when the good speedex will return the parcel to the company so that it in turn can refund me at some point. And the 1 star because it does not have below.
