D	Dimitrios Milonakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite frustrating experience with their delivery service. Courier claims that came to my house twice but actually came once and left a notice. I had to call their customer service to resolve the issue but to no avail. They rudely refused to deliver my package and instead they "suggested" to collect it myself (niiiiiiice). I must admit though that I had no problem collecting my package from their service point. Disappointed.

T	TAZ ZAFIRATOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we pay for express delivery a hefty amount of money from abroad. if you are not able to deliver on time or keep your schedules please let us know so not to wait a whole day for the doorbell. the customer service only had to say "its with the courier you will get it till 6 pm for sure". not at all. terrible, just terrible.

My parcel is at their warehouses from December 06, 2020, and they haven't send it to me until now (customs and their much expensive services they offer have been paid). The most important for me is that Ms. Var.Pap... that I talk on the phone - several times, was very rude and didn't want to help me. I will never use them again.

The custom is very expensive and they don’t give receipt if I don’t ask for, I can’t parking my car inside the area, (only DHL cargo can entry the area), and the worst thing is, after pay tax, custom, clearance etc, i have to send the package by my self (the package belong to my client), what kind of service? If we must pay sooo expensive the courier service, but we have to pick up and send by ourselves, never use this cargo again. Never!!!???
L	Lola Spetsioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not be more disappointed, having had to ask for my parcel to be returned, which contained a special gift for my goddaughter who was turning one! Thank you DHL for ruining the surprise and for not allowing me to be “present” at her birthday… I had clearly stated what was inside the parcel, paid all the necessary fees, only to be informed that I had to pay extra for the parcel to be released from customs in Athens and that I had to state AGAIN, with receipts what was inside. To make it even worse, they called the recipient to collect the parcel, even though I stated it is a GIFT, therefore they shouldn’t be asked to pay for the custom fees. Similar parcel with FedEx arrived promptly and no issues whatsoever; know I know whom to trust and to choose for their services and their manners!
P	Purple Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst services ever. they expect us to wait outside for hours in long queues exposed to elements like cattle - being rain, wind, or scorching sun. there are no chairs or any facilities for disabled or elderly, not to mention a special parking for disabled close to the entrance, which by law they should have. when after several hours of waiting they finally receive you - you get a piece of paper where shipment ID is badly written by hand (yes, in this time and age they still write it BY HAND !) , corrected several times and completely illegible ! one would not be able to use that as a proof even if one's life depends on it. a shameful service and treatment.
p	pilot Alqudah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL which means my nightmare or let's say money digger For shipment around 1kg contains coffee, nuts, and a simple gift. DHL trying its best to exaggerate things to collect extra money (already paid around 75€ including the taxes and clearances in both countries) and they still looking for more (like they are gonna deliver it by private jet and in a silver plat). The shipment was fast express but took them 10 days till now without delivering it and god’s only know how long it will take them to do their jobs if they did it. If I booked a flight ticket (two ways) definitely will be less effort and less expensive than dealing with DHL. For God's sake, are we in the 21st century or are we still in the dark ages?. So please if you can not get the job done let it go and left the field right away. DHL deserves at least minus 5 stars. Finally they sent the shipment back but obviously they stole the most of it. Shame on you
