Δε σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα κ όταν τους πετύχεις είναι αγενής κ ειρωνικοί.εχουν το δέμα πόσες μέρες είναι καλυμμένοι στην εταιρεία τους ότι δε σηκώνεις το τηλέφωνο ενώ κλήση δεν υπάρχει καμία ( επικοινωνείς μαζί τους με 1000 ζόρια τους περιμένεις σπίτι και σε ειρωνεύονται κιόλας). Οι κούριερ δε κάνουν την δουλειά τους κ το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο έχει κατεβασμένο το τηλέφωνο. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!!!! Zero professionalism, pure mockery. They do not pick up the phones and when you reach them they are rude and ironic. They have the package how many days they are covered in their company that you do not pick up the phone while there is no call The couriers do not do their job and the call center has the phone down. Unacceptable service !!!!

l	line age on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενω ημουν σπιτι μου ηρθε μηνυμα οτι δεν μπορεσαν να μου παραδωσουν το δεμα. Φυσικα δεν χτυπησαν κουδουνι ουτε αφησαν χαρτακι. Θα ηταν πιο εντιμο να παρουν τηλεφωνο και να πουν οτι λογω ογκου παραγγελιων αδυνατουμε να το φερουμε περαστε εσεις εαν γινεται. E	Eirenal Log on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι, κάλεσε ένας κουριερ, δέμα που είχαμε και όταν αναφέραμε ότι δεν είναι κανείς στο σπίτι και να το φέρουν αργότερα αρνήθηκαν και είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν. Με λίγα λόγια σε αναγκάζουν να πας από την εταιρεία, έχεις δεν έχεις δουλειά. Πρέπει να επέμβω η Αρχή Ταχυδρομιων και Τηλεπικοινωνιων γιατί αυτές όλες οι εταιρίες ,την έχουν δει παρειστικη κατάσταση, με μηδενική ποιότητα παροχής υπηρεσιών, ενώ ο πελάτης τους πληρώνει, κανονικά! Unacceptable, a courier called, a parcel we had and when we mentioned that no one is home and bring it later they refused and said they could not. In short, they force you to leave the company, you have no job. The Postal and Telecommunications Authority must intervene because all these companies have seen it in a state of disarray, with zero quality of service, while their customer pays, normally!
B	Bad Oo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συμφωνώ και επαυξάνω με τα υπόλοιπα σχόλια. Επιπλέον φοβερά αργή παραδοση ενώ το δεμα βρίσκεται ήδη στην κουριερ. Σε παιρνουν τηλ ότι σε λίγο θα στο φέρουν περνανε 3 μέρες και δεν έρχονται ποτε. Παρατάμε τις δουλειές μας για το τίποτα. Κλείστε το καλυτερα I agree and add with the other comments. Extra terribly slow delivery while the package is already in the courier. They call you that they will bring it to you soon, 3 days have passed and they never come. We give up our jobs for nothing. Close it better
V	Valeria Aggeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a good sum for my delivery but they didn’t even try to find me or call me. Very frustrating. I gave them a call within their working hours, I was put in a queue and waited to only find an operator who shut his phone in my face without even listening to a single word. Unacceptable.
