They made the same mistake two days in a row. Even though they had all the details they failed to deliver the item. I called them and they asked me to go and get it myself if I wanted the same day otherwise they will deliver it the following day. I went to the store and the courier didn’t have returned the package. They kept me waiting for an hour and the manager was absolutely rude. Never use speeded in ampelokipoi area.

I always knew that courier services in Greece fight over who'll win the "Worst Courier Ever" award, but I think after my last experience, Speedex should definitely win this race. So I ordered some music equipment from the UK on 07/12/2019, which was shipped on 12/12/2019 via DPD. It arrived in Thessaloniki on 19/12/2019 and was scanned in Athens on 20/12/2019. I received my parcel today, 13/01/2010. I was expecting some delay due to holiday season, but this almost took a whole month. The parcel was stored in their warehouse in Kifisia for over 3 weeks. I spoke to customer support almost daily, however no one was able to provide me with a solution. The headquarters in Kifisia prompted me to speak to Thessaloniki, and Thessaloniki advised me to speak to Kifisia (which also makes sense since the package was scanned there). I've spoken to numerous people on the phone, they all kept saying the same thing: "There's nothing we can do at the moment, we haven't processed all pallets that are currently in the warehouse. Provide us with some info as to how the package looks like and we'll have people look for it and call you back!" - This of course never happened, no matter how often I explained to them that 1) this is equipment for professional use, meaning I'm losing money, and 2) their job is to bring something from point A to point B and that they have no right to keep it until they decide to process all pallets. I even offered to go there and pick it up myself - they said it can't be done. I've never ever experienced such a bad and irresponsible service in my life. Tip: Should you have to get in contact with them, after you speak to the first person on the line, do not let them put you through to the "relevant department", because the second person is never able to hear you when they pick up and simply hang up on you. When it comes to this particular store, don't even waste your time calling them. They never ever pick up.

Unsolvable problem with them. Therefore from now on I ONLY buy online if the goods are NOT sent with Speedex.

Greece the country with the top worse courier services. Don't expect to see your parcel from them

i got the same problem as everyone. they send a msng said that they attempt to deliver my package and they cud not find me (wile i was all day home) and that i have to come over and pick up the package my self. they are completely unprofessional and i am curios how they are still in business

Very poor service. They never inform you about the progress and estimation of delivery time. So you just gamble. I missed the delivery since I was out for a couple of hours, and then the fun starts. Try to call them to arrange a pickup, always busy during the day. Called them 17:45 and the call center was closed for the day, even if they claim its until 18:00 Next day I managed to get through early in the morning. You cannot arrange a day with them; the response was that it will be sometime next week, even if it's Thursday morning. Alternatively you have to pick it up yourself. Worst experience ever.

The company in itself is a disgrace, there's absolutely no way to contact anyone via phone/mail, any means really. You have to go pick up your parcel in person & more often than not the service is absolutely horrendous, they had lost track of my order 2 months ago & they just blatantly told me that "it was lost in transit" after 7 days while I checked back on progress daily (I.e. I had to check in-store for 5 days in a row, fr ran out of patience). After the incident, I decided I won't even bother. I usually cancel online orders where there's no alternative means of delivery (other than Speedex that is).
