★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφτηκαμε την ταβέρνα του σπερχου χειμερινη περίοδο, έπειτα από σύσταση που μας έκανε το ξενοδοχείο στα Καλάβρυτα, απίστευτα φαγητά, κρέατα από την φάρμα τους πεντανοστιμα. Ζεστός χώρος με τζάκι και πολύ φιλόξενοι οι ιδιοκτήτες. Αξίζει με το παραπάνω να την επισκεφτείτε, ιδανικα μετά το χιονοδρομικό.
 We visited the tavern of Sperchos in winter, after a recommendation made by the hotel in Kalavrita, incredible food, meat from their farm delicious. Warm space with fireplace and very hospitable owners. It is worth visiting with the above, ideally after the ski resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπέρχος Ταβέρνα: Παρά τις καλές κριτικές για τα πιάτα, η αγένεια του προσωπικού, αν κ ήμασταν μόνο δύο τραπέζια στη ταβέρνα, μας έκανε να προτιμήσουμε να φύγουμε χωρίς να παραγγείλουμε κάτι. Η κοπέλα που έβαζε το τραπεζομάντηλο μου έδωσε κ οδηγίες πώς να το στρώσω εγώ σωστά, η ίδια δεν είχε κ πολύ κέφι να εξυπηρετήσει. Ο νεαρός που ήρθε να πάρει παραγγελία, ήταν βιαστικός, απότομος κ αγενής κ κατάλογος- τιμές, ανύπαρκτες. Good luck στους επόμενους/ never again.
Sperchos Tavern: Despite the good reviews for the dishes, the rudeness of the staff, even though we were only two tables in the tavern, made us prefer to leave without ordering anything. The girl who put the tablecloth gave me instructions on how to lay it properly, she herself was not very happy to serve. The young man who came to take the order, was hasty, abrupt and rude and list-prices, non-existent. Good luck to the next ones / never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, the owners were very friendly. In the morning they made me Greek coffee and spanach pie. The rooms were cosy. I loved to stay there during the winter next to the fireplace.
