Beautiful place!!! Everything is clever!!! Food in all inclusive option is fresh, tasty and variet. Pool is in sun rays all day long. But The Best part of that is STAFF!!! Best Barmans, Receptionists, Managers, Waitress, Cookers, Securities and all The crew!!! All of them are very friendly, kind, helpfull, sociable, very good english speakers!!! Spent there very good time!!! Perfect!!! Thank U all for one of The Best holidays!!! ?????????

Me and my friend stayed at the Ionis hotel for one week. I have to say we had an amazing time. The staff were amazing, the food was good, it was clean and very comfortable. We had two reps, they did an amazing job, very helpful and very fun to be around. Well done em and Tyler you both were great! Best holiday so far!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. At night you can't hear the parties going on which is great. However the breakfast selection they have is terrible, everything else is extra pay e.g. wifi, AC, fridge, safe and anything else you need. They cleaned the room everyday but didn't do a great job they would just tidy the room but not actually clean the floor or even Bathtub. However that would be the only down fall but I did enjoy my stay the staff are nice.

This is a fantastic hotel, we have just had the best time on our first trip to Greece. The staff are all wonderful, very friendly and always cheerful and helpful, the rooms are nicely decorated and the cleanliness is exceptional. The breakfast and poolbar food were fresh and tasty and good value. Highly recommended we will stay again. Below is a photo for our leaving gift from the hotel, a lovely touch

This hotel was very nice clean tidy at all time. Plenty of room round the pool with a good bar. Breatfast was good you could order a full English at small price. The staff was always there to help, always with a smile, nothing was to much trouble. Yes we did know that we had to leave €60. Hotel is on what is called the strip with plenty of bars and plenty of places to eat, for all age group. A great holiday Sheila

Hotel very nice, clean, consistent with the description. Delicious food! Service very nice speaking English. A small bar near the pool, the bartender and manager very friendly, doing a good job.The hotel has 2 people speaking Polish, Tatiana which is available in the evenings and a waitress speaking Polish during the day. The island has a lot to explore, while for the partiers after leaving the hotel there are many discos and a shisha bar.

Great hotel to stay during trip to this magic place. Zante is one of the best places I've ever been and whole stay was also improved by well qualified and super kind staff of Ionis Art Hotel. Whole team was very helpfull and always ready for some chitchat. Of course I cannot forget to mention THE BEST BARMAN in whole Zante (maybe even in Greece) - Ioakim. Very kind and always smiled guy that knows what is he doing even with rather hard tourists like Polish. I get to know a lot more of Greece people just talking with him than from all other trips. I also need to mention Alex - manager of the complex that always wanted to give us the best advices even that we sometimes broke some hotel rules ;) I hope that you are OK guys and see you in the future my friends! Best stay ever with old friends from Poland and new one from Greece. You made this time magical.

Short message for Lithuania people: Šis viešbutis – geriausia, ką galite rasti Zakinto saloje! We are young couple, who likes quality. We always want to get the best service and feel only good vibes during our vacation. This hotel gave it to us. Firstly, simple information about hotel. Environment here is nice and spacious. Everywhere is clean and looking good. Outside you can see beautiful trees, bushes and flowers. The pool is medium large, clean, nice to swim, many places to sit or enjoy sunbathing. The bar is outside. If you are "all inclusive", you can get whenever cocktail you want (pina collada, sex on the beach, blue lagoon and many others), tasty local beer, white or red vine etc. Restaurant is outside with glass walls, which most often is open and nice roof, which can be open too. The food very, very good. Always fresh, many variations, many deserts. You will always find diferent variations of meat, vegetables, there is always some fish. Some times you can see freshly made hamburgers. I love the food there, never wanted to eat in the other restaurants. We was seven nights there, so we had 2 greek nighs (with greek food, music, dance) and 3 show kitchen (after you eat dinner, the shef will come to you and make you desert in front of your eyes). And all the food is very, very tasty. After lunch you can get snacks for special snacks meniu. You can choose for many options, for example, pica, sandwich, greek salad, fruit salad, desert of the day, fruit salad, greek yougurt with fruits and many others. They have some water stations, where you can pour in drinkable water any time you like. The rooms are clean, medium size. You have free wi-fi, free safe, bath with shower, balcony, TV, many drawers. There was small not very good things, like long curtains at bath and you always standing on them while showering or the doors lock was a little bit broken, but after telling what the next day everything was fixed! That is about hotel. Now about the people, who are working there. You look in the eyes and you see, what they are very good people with a big hearts. All of them want to make your vacation better. They will see, if you are sad and they will ask you what happened. They will see which food you like and the will bring you more. They honestly care about you. I want to thank barmen Ioakim who is the best barmen I ever saw. He became our friends, we will never forget you. The manager Alexander was the first person, who wanted to be with us, make conversations and spend the evening after work together, thank you to becoming our friend. And I want to thank owner of that hotel Carolina. She listening us, personally make sure that we are happy and have many stories to tell. If you want to feel like home with your family and friends - you should visit this place.
