Δεν είχαν κάτι που παρήγγειλα μια κουρτίνα δηλαδή αλλα μου έστειλαν τα υπόλοιπα στην παραγγελία, μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη και μου έστειλαν δώρο ένα σετ πετσέτες μπάνιου, την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα. Αυτό δεν έχει ξαναγίνει. Η κοπέλα που μίλησα ήταν ευγενέστατη. Συγχαρητήρια Well there are no people ... professionals !!!!! Τρώω δυο ώρες και, για να διαλέξω κλπ, τελικά συμπληρώνω μία παραγγελία περίπου 120 ευρώ, όπου περιλαμβάνεται μία καρέκλα. Στο καλάθι χρεώνονται μεταφορικά 9 ευρώ, λέω ΟΚ, λάθος του συστήματος θα είναι. Τους ρωτάω και μου λένε "Τα μεταφορικά είναι δωρεάν σε όλες τις εταιρείες εκτός από την νέα μας συνεργασία με την εταιρεία...." Ρωτάω πού το γράφει στο site αυτό ή στο email που μου στείλανε και ευθαρσώς απαντάνε: "μην προχωρήσετε στην τραπεζική κατάθεση της παραγγελίας σας διότι η καρέκλα είναι προσωρινά εξαντλημένη" Κατευθείαν ψέματα, δεν είχαν καν τον επαγγελματισμό να πούνε "Συγνώμη, κάναμε λάθος" Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι, να λένε ψέματα για να καλύψουν την ελλειπή και παραπλανητική ενημέρωση του πελάτη τους. Εννοείται ακύρωσα όλη την παραγγελία και ούτε πρόκειται να ασχοληθώ μαζί τους ξανά. I receive their own email, for free shipping, without exceptions. Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ ΔΡΙΤΣΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μια απλή παπλωματοθήκη πολύ οικονομική. Αρχικά έκανε 15 μέρες περίπου να σταλεί.Αυτό το παραβλέπω όμως εν μέσω lockdown. Την παρέλαβα,την άνοιξα και δεν παρατήρησα κάποιο ψεγάδι. Μπορεί να υπήρχε κάτι από την αρχή και να μην το είδα. Την έβαλα να πλυθεί στους 30 βαθμούς ίσα ίσα με λίγο μαλακτικό και όταν την έβγαλα να την απλώσω είχε ξηλωθεί στη ραφή σε 2 μεριες.Έπαιρνα τηλ το οποίο ποτέ κανεις δεν το σήκωσε. Εντέλει την έραψα ,γιατί δεν κάθισα να ασχοληθώ περαιτέρω. Έπειτα από μισή ώρα ξηλωθηκε παντού στις ραφές λες και την είχε φάει ποντικός .Φυσικά δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπαραγγειλω τίποτα πάλι ούτε και να προτείνω σε κάποιον άλλο.
