β β β β β This is not a 4 star hotel. The staff if kind like in the rest of Greece and we appreciate it. But overall, it doesn't feel like what they show in the pictures. The hotel is hidden from the beautiful sea view even though is 1 minute away. You have to pay for internet. Besides it, you can expect one of the worst quality of foods ever seen. But the staff is kind.

Unfortunately there was a lot o french people. They don't know even a word in english, always complain and stole your water toys. Horrible behavior. Worst nation I have ever met.

β β β β β I spend here beautiful time. Service and location also the quality of this hotel is wonderful. Nearby there is small market with everything, car renting and super restaurant . Pools and rooms in the new part are really wonderful. I advise also SPA service.... super. I really recommend this hotel.

β β β β β Excellent food. Very decent drinks. If you're going all inclusive and worried about food quality, as it can be a bit sketchy sometimes, at all inc. places. No need to worry here.
Also nice staff all around.

β β β β β Loved this place! Came here 20yrs ago plus and boy has it changed! Bigger sometimes is better! Staff are so friendly and helpful rooms are great and although the food is sometimes a bit repetitive it's well cooked and presented and tasty. Will be back.

β β β β β This hotel complex is very vast, yet perfectly planned. Good quality food, awesome and refreshing beer (including self-service tap by the swimming pools), many different sized pools with beautiful night lights. Many shops in not very crowded area and the sea is just approximately 40 meters from the gate. Clean and cosy rooms, some od them have direct access to the pools. Animations in August were brilliant and they entertained not only kids but adults as well. During this short tour I was even convinced to sing karaoke by the bar :D! Definitely a place to return!

1- Positive points:
- Quality dishes
- Clean and pleasant exterior
- Quiet family hotel
- Local shops within walking distance
2- Negative points:
- Warm welcome on arrival
- Housed on the old side of the hotel with rustic furniture and materials that may be faulty
- Little choice in the dishes
- WIFI and paying cash registers
- Some staff members lack professionalism due to lack of training
- No dedicated beach with the choice between renting a deckchair or staying in a corner near the rocks (pleasant with small children)
- Reduced access to the Toboggan: 1h30 per day
Although overall our stay was enjoyed. Service and overall quality are not worth the price or standard displayed
In summary: absolutely not worth 4 or 5 stars (including in local standards)
