Gouves Bay - Agiou Konstantinou

I really enjoyed the stay. I recommend this place. Gouves Bay is located in the small calm city. If you would like to go to the turistic city, I recommend to book something in Hersonissos. If you wish to stay in place where there is not a lot of tourists, Gouves Bay is the best choice. Few meters to the stone beach. 5 mins to Sand beach. Food Quality is nice (not perfect but standard for all inclusive program comparing to other hotels where I have stayed around the Europe). The problem with the food is that it tastes like nothing. Chief should start to use some local spices. Huge advantage is selection of all inclusive beverages. I would say in all inclusive program, you can choose something from the list of 40 alkoholic and non alkoholic drinks. Rooms are completely renovated, beds very comfortable, air condition is for free. Staff on the pool bar (Kostas & Savina) is very nice, polite and they want to help you to enjoy the stay. They are very postive. On their face is always smile. Waiters are OK and professional, I haven't had any problem with them. Man from reception is very nice and postive person. He also welcome all the gests. The only one person who doesn't suit to Gouves Bay team is Lady from reception. She is trying to be helpfull as minimum as possible. She behaves very strange and most of the time it looks like she works there because she must. It looked for me like she was ironic. Anyway I payed very good price for stay and I recommend you to stay in Gouves Bay. I would give 4.5 rate out of 5 but this is not possible.

AVOID. Booked 4 double rooms, for 8 people, all inclusive. The day before we fly out; they have decided to email and say that they will only be providing 2 family rooms as they are fully booked. My disabled mum is now having to sleep on basically a sun lounger as their service is terrible. This holiday was booked 2 years ago and they have completely messed us around on the day of arrival. Funny enough, one of the workers has actually confirmed that there are 2 other rooms available and that we will get them and only have to spend 1 night in 2 family rooms. Absolutely disgusting service and would not recommend as you probably won't get what you booked anyway. Waste of money. Taking it further. You cannot tell me that you rebooked it without an extra charge when the whole world went into lockdown due to Covid. Don't try to patronise us and say that you was just being nice when I have proof in an EMAIL FROM YOU to say that you have got us 4 double rooms for 8 adults. You was the one to contact me to confirm that that was the case. You approached me first. You did not inform me that that was the only option as I have written proof that states otherwise. You couldn't have cancelled our holiday as it was to do with Covid and everyone else was doing the same. You are hilarious with your customer service. Nothing but rude! Will NEVER return and will 100% take this further. Email from yourselves doesn't lie. Sort your customer service out and especially your attitude (owner).

I had the most amazing time here, really able to relax. Loads of things to do and explore as well. I’ll definitely be back to see the bar man kostas as he made me week that bit better, always has a smile on his face and the best service. Would highly recommend this place and say hello to kostas the bar man!

Really enjoyed staying there for a week! The food is good and the people are very friendly! There is a nice beach 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Couldn't have asked for a better all inclusive experience in Greece! The food was delicious, diverse, including the Greek cuisine and not only. They have the best bartender (Kostas) and very kind staff overall, always ready to help and make your stay as good as possible! The activities organised throughout the day and evening were also entertaining.

This is one of those places, where you would gladly give more stars, had it not been for... the bathroom and toilet. The fact they're outdated is not a problem but the hygiene lacks terribly. The toilet brush seems to have not been replaced in many moons. It is also terribly ill-ventilated. Food was OK, but definitely room for improvement. Staff is very helpful and hard working. Location-wise: there is no direct beach, but within walking distance. The pool is OK, also a small one for small kids. Also a small, slightly outdated playground for small children. There is a very good restaurant, 3 mins walk, called 2 Friends. The Food there is excellent. Parking a plenty.

Best vacation I've ever had. Very kind and fun staff. The food is great. The location is good, directly at the sea and near the beach (a few minutes walk). I was here end of May with my girlfriend and we loved every bit of it! Nothing to complain about. Loved it. Would recommend 10/10

Very pleasant stay! Great atmosphere in and around the hotel, wonderful village and because the hotel is next to the Mediterranean Sea you can choose to go in the water there or swim in the clean and neatly maintained swimming pool. The garden around the swimming pool feels spacey and not crowded even with a lot of people there and next to the swimming pool is a pool bar with a great bartender (Kostas) who will happily serve you a variety of drinks. The restaurant has a neat buffet with enough variety without overwhelming you with too many choices. Rooms are neat but not very large on the inside, but there are balconies which allow you to be outside if you do not want to be in the garden. Had a great stay! (end of April, 10 days)
