Vusited the rooftop for a business meeting. The ambiance was amazing, staff was friendly and the drinks top notch! ❤️ Covid measures where kept and everything was sparkling clean. Keep it up!

Avoid the brunch at all costs. It has the rare priviledge of having a great view. That is all the good there is to it. The food is served cold and re-heated. The choice is supremely limited. Not a single item from the salad bar, the 4 proposed main courses, or the sweets was truly good. The croissant was passable. The behavior of the bell boy downstairs is despicable, much like a number of other hotel employeesNot to mention it was predictably very expensive for what you actually get.

Well when it comes to location and their salad it was great and some of the staff was very friendly. However considering the amount I paid and that this hotel was given a 5 star I beg to differ. Here is why - 1-rooms design weren't that great ( design wise) and (bathroom) there was a leak in our rooms whenever you showered and forget about taking a bath unless you want the whole bathroom to flood. But the view was great (so something to compensate) fyi rooms are very tiny. 2- towels were very old and not washed very well considering this is a 5 star hotel I expected better. 3- skip the breakfast pay as there are so much better options around the hotel. 4- there was an issue with hotel time extension after checkout which was respectfully handled and refunded which I appreciate. I don't know if this hotel is connected to the St George in helsinki because there are definitely differences. The reason I'm giving this rating is because comparing it to my experience of 5 star hotels it has it's mishaps but as I encountered respectable service I wouldn't mind giving it another go on my next visit to Athens to compare changes.

We stayed for a long weekend. The rooftop of the hotel is breathtaking and most of the personnel was very friendly! I felt a bit surprised that I wasn't asked how am I or how was my stay during check out, and the valet at the parking working since 1982 was a bit rude.

Very nice hotel in Kolonaki, rooms à bit small, but nicely decorated, very comfortable beds. All rooms with balcony. The restaurant has an amazing view over the Acropole and entire Athens. Rooftop pool and terrace a plus (but no shade). Staff very friendly. When we stayed it was extremely expensive for a 4 star hotel, but it's a nice pace in a fancy area of town.

Disappointed. The rooftop bar - essentially the reason I chose this hotel - was shut for two out of the three days we stayed, first for a conference, then a wedding. How can you call yourself a "lifestyle" hotel when your guests do not even have access to a bar? Just appalling and not what I expect for 400 euros a night. Also our room was not cleaned today despite leaving a 'please clean' sign on the door for 4 hours. I would definitely recommend this neighbourhood but choose a different hotel. Reducing my rating to 1* following your ridiculous generic reply. You market your hotel on the basis of your rooftop bar and restaurant - that is what allows you to charge the rates you do. It is not acceptable to then sell the amenities guests have already paid for to others, leaving your guests unable to use them. For a 5* hotel I would also expect a Nespresso machine in my room (not sachets of Nescafe) and a mini bar (particularly if that is ONLY bar). Staff are also very hit and miss - some are absolutely charming and really helpful, others clearly could not be less interested as can be seen from the reply to my review. The rooms themselves are comfortable but small. The bar is fantastic when you can actually use it.
