Ο σταθμός Περιστέρι βρίσκεται στη Λεωφόρο Παναγή Τσαλδάρη, στο ύψος του δημαρχείου Περιστερίου . Αποτελείται από 3 επίπεδα. Το κεντρικό επίπεδο είναι ευρύχωρο και ψηλό σε σχέση με τους περισσότερους σταθμούς, ενώ η κεντρική έξοδος έχει θέα το Δημαρχείο Περιστερίου. Ο σταθμός αυτός, μολονότι είχε κατασκευαστεί από το 2009, ξεκίνησε να λειτουργεί μόλις στις 6 Απριλίου 2013, λόγω προβλημάτων του ελληνικού δημοσίου με τη Siemens, τον προμηθευτή των συστημάτων σήμανσης. Peristeri station is located on Panagi Tsaldari Avenue, at the height of Peristeri town hall. It consists of 3 levels. The central level is spacious and high compared to most stations, while the main exit overlooks the City Hall of Peristeri. It's found on the very centre of the municipality of Peristeri, where the city hall and Dimokratias square are located, and of course the beginning of Ethnikis Antistaseos sidewalk.
