I visited this store a few days ago and i had the worst experience i had ever had as a customer in my life, having been shopping in 20 countrries. I was informed about the price of an object i wanted to purchase by a lady in the service and while i was taking my time to think about whether i would purchase it or not, ten minutes later the same customer service lady informed me in a cold manner that the price is not actually what she told me and what was labeled on the object, but 200 euros more. I was surprised by this and told her that i was willing to pay for the price which was on the object and told by her a few minutes ago and not anything else as the whole situation from their side was not professional at all. She reassured me then that she would give me the object in the initial price it was labeled and she had also initially informed me, as they had forgotten to change its price and she was willing to accept her mistake. I felt rather confused at the moment and i left but the next day i went back to get the object. Another lady was there so i told her about the incident with her colleague. She told me that she was informed about the incident and she started packing my object in its original labeled price. Suddenly a very rude lady appeared and informed me that they had now decided to give me the object 200 euros more in the second price they mentioned yesterday because it was a mistake by her colleague and they had now changed again their mind about the price they will sell it to me eventually!!!!I told her that when a company makes a mistake like that, if they had a high ethics and integrity policy they should undertake the responsibility of their mistake and bad service towards the customer with apologies of their own mistake and not to keep acting with such an impolite and unprofessional manner. While she was looking at me speechless, the big boss came! The most rude, cold and snobbish woman i had ever encountered in a shop. Although it became obvious that she had no idea about her colleague's initial mistake and dialogue to me telling me that she was willing to offer the object in the original price as I was already informed on it, she started repeating in the same cold manner what the previous lady had announced and without any interest to listen to me. Not wanting to waste any more of my precious time, I left the store telling them that even if they would give it to me free i would never get anything from a store and team without ethics and integrity. As a customer i am very sensitive to which company i choose for my needs according to its ethos, values, responsibility towards their customers and policies that honor both themselves and the people who choose them as well as caring about environment sustainability. All this vocabulary was obviously new to them but it is about time for these people to know that customers with high ethical standards in their life, business and communication will not remain silent when experience this kind of services as from now on only companies with high ethical profiles must remain open in the service of a society that envisions Inclusion, high values, morals and kindness in every single action for a sustainable future.
