Summer Wine Friendly Resort - Ipsos

Miri and her staff were amazing and so helpful. They all went above and beyond what we expected and the accomodation was perfect. Quiet, tranquil and just what we wanted. We can't wait to visit again ???

Positive: Amazing staff, Miri was really welcoming and helpful. The location was amazing, 10 min walking from the beach but you also get the quietness of the mountains. Due to Covid 19 they can't provide the breakfast buffet but I assure you'll get a feast! Highly recommended!. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Everything was great! Miri, the host, is super welcoming and very nice. She helped us getting a boat for rent (with excellent service and pricing), she gave us tips throughout the entire staying and she was there to greet us every morning during breakfast. Great swimming pool, and nice breakfast, even with all the Coronavirus restrictions they managed to deliver a good service. If I were ever to go back to Corfù, I'd surely choose Summer Wine Friendly Resort again!. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The staff and property was well maintained and the pool facility was amazing. The rooms were small but ok and cleaned every day by Maria to a high standard. The breakfast was amazing with a vey varied choice.. Negative: I found the bed to firm but that is just my own personal observation..

Positive: Clean and modern with nice pool. Great breakfasts. OK location for getting to fab Barbati beach, Kalami beach, Agni bay. But delicious local Squirrel taverna right next door and the stunning Etrusco restaurant also. Miri was so friendly and helped us plan our stay.. Negative: Bathroom was very small, also the loo smelled a bit funny. And the air conditioning is old - took ages to get cold. And you can’t leave it on when you go out like at other hotels on the island. There are other apartment hotels right on beaches in the North East area, same price, which we would go to next time..

If you are looking for a place where to stay I can only recommend Summer wine. We enjoyed a full week here and time flew. Located close to Ypsos, the summer wine is easy to reach by car. It's a 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to the main strip of Ypsos. A 1 minute drive or 5 minutes walk to the first restaurant/shop. The rooms are cleaned evey day and they are extremely clean. Overall the furniture is new, great shower, big bed and comfortable pillows. You have to coordinate the movements inside the bathroom with the door position but after the first day you get the trick :) Air condition works great and the swimming pool outsides guarantees a fresh dip during the sunny days. Breakfast is great, fresh vegetables, feta olives for the Greek feeling. Fresh yoghurt and fruits. And everyday something different is cooked. Last but not least, the host are wonderful. On the first breakfast Miri can suggest you activities, beach, tracking, boat tours and restaurants. They can organize also covid test for traveling. It was a perfect stay

So magical hotel, so restful and the staff and incredible and do everything they can to make your stay special. It's so special we got engaged there
