Positive: The location and the view from our balcony was just amazing. The room nice and cosy, everything is clean and comfortable . Also the host and staff were really lovely and helpful. Would definitely return to this place and the hotel ? ☀️ thank you!.

Positive: The location was fantastic, just outside of the beach. The apartment was well equipped and spotless clean. The hosts stayed up to wait for us even though we arrived late. Very happy with our stay.. Negative: Everything was nice..

The location is perfect - beachfront, free sunbeds included. Alex is very kind, helped us when asked. The room is cleaned daily. At 20 m from the location rhere is a bus station for bus no 7, that takes you to town.

Pluses and minuses: + Sunbeds available right in front of the hotel, just across the street + Friendly staff + Bar downstairs, which looks nice. Drinks are really tasty + Clean rooms - The bar is a club during the night, each night. The problem is that the noise is extreme, at least in the rooms from the first floor - The rooms are very bad isolated from outside sounds. You can hear very clear when "neighbors" take shower, what they discuss, also you can hear them snoring or making others activities. People from the lobby are so clear to understand like they are next to you. - Loud bathroom ventilator. Turning on the light in the bathroom automatically starts also the ventilator. The ventilator sound leaves the impression the bathroom is preparing to take off - There were "party people"each night, who continued the party and loud music in their rooms. Worst night was one when they kept the room door open until 4+ AM, while listening to loud music. No action was taken from the staff to mitigate this. Neutral info, but useful to share: No breakfast available, however there are options nearby. Bottom line: if you can sleep no matter the sounds, this accommodation is a nice one. If you can sleep unless medium-loud sounds, avoid this accommodation. Expect an average of 4-5h of quiet time per night. 2 stars because I left dead tired from this accommodation. No chance to get proper night sleep there. I don't need absolute silence, but I also can't sleep in a club or just above the subwoofer. If you are similar, avoid it

The hotel rooms and apartments are just above a very popular bar in Ipsos right at the beach. As I have very light sleep I asked for a room change (even though I liked our room). We then got upgraded to a full apartment with kitchen etc. Rooms were all renovated and neat. The owner and personell are very nice and caring. (photos were taken just before we left ?)

Nice and clean rooms. Was recently renovated, so forget about the other old comments... Family owned, all very friendly and happy to help! Do not hesitate to ask any advise or help! Directly at Ipsos beach with the beautiful harbour...

Great place. Perfect location. On the beach. Has parking place near. It has bar downstairs with sunbads for guests on the beach. Comfortable rooms, very clean, cleaning every day and the service excellent. It has restaurant.

Very nice hotel,it is located 10 meters from bus stop.The beach is in front of hotel you just need to cross the street.The hotel has their sun beds that you can use for free if you are their guest,sun beds are very nice and comfortable and there is also shower for use.Room was very nice, everything was new and clean.The balcony is also large and has very nice and comfortable chairs and big table.The sea look from the balcony is amazing,you see the beach,sea,boardwalk,nature. Downstairs is Bar that is full in the evening but the music is not loud too much and you can sleep good.People that work in hotel are very nice.Always smiling,always ready to help or to answer on questions. We will one day visit them again for shure.
