It is one of the best place for holydays in Halkidiki

No water views in the peninsula full of hotels (no thanks to TripAdvisor) on the water, smelled like a cigar for the first days but that didn’t matter because we booked for one week and didn’t spend one night due to the spiders that were looking throughout the building

We had a great stay. Relaxation, Privacy, Amazing facilities and all these in affordable prices! We will re-visit Sunny Sani Luxury Villas, as soon as possible!

I am quite satisfied with my stay at the executive villa with the big garden (B6), great pool, nice looking garden and very peaceful sitting areas in the back looking towards the pool and garden. There are a few things I have to note though; for one the water pressure when trying to take a shower inside was pretty mediocre to begin with and especially when the other villas were occupied then the water pressure got even worse and on the last day close to unusable, also I did have the misfortune to find a small piece of hair on the toilet brim right when we got there which is definitely not something you would like to see especially in the times of COVID, a few more hairs (longer ones this time) were found in my bed between the top and bottom sheets when trying to go to sleep on the first day which, again, is something very unpleasant and when we informed the cleaning lady and asked for a change of sheets she just gave us new ones and we had to change them ourselves, not the kind of treatment you expect when you spend 400 euros a night for 5 nights, furthermore there was no "House wine and fruit basket upon arrival" as mentioned in the official website and one of the three bedrooms has an open balcony over the living room looking towards the view of the garden and pool, meaning that one of the bedrooms is open to the living room and even though the people in the living room can't see you they will be able to hear anything and everything and vice versa. The owner was really nice and the rooms were a little smaller than expected.

The rooms are very clean and the atmosphere very pleasant. The furniture very modern and it has everything you need, washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer and many more! The pool is great, the garden so beautiful! And the staff is very kind and helpful. It was a great experience.
