★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was buying here multiple days EXPANSIVE groceries. There are some really nice helpful staff. Today is was quite in the store when a man started screaming out of nowhere and grabbing my sons water toy. I was shocked and didn’t understand the man because he was screaming uncontrollably loud and aggressive.. first I thought my son did something wrong. Then I thought that the man accused us of stealing so I tried to explain that the water toy (medium size donut) was us and told my son to go outside with the toy. The man was constantly screaming “I BRING THIS OUTSIDE” my son is 8 years old he doesn’t speak/understand English. But this man was so extremely aggressive and angry and yelled “IM THE OWNER, THIS I MY STORE!! what if he destroys the store? who’s going to pay for that? You don’t understand! YOU ARE UNFRIENDLY anyway!” he screamed. I was shocked and scared, I barley had the chance to explain myself or even be unfriendly. I’m a reasonable person I pay for my ALL my stuff and watch my kids, besides that my 2 kids are shy and not running in the store. This bitter man is full of negative energy, sees a couple of darker people starts attacking them. I just put all my groceries back and went away confused and sad asking my kids what just happened. (Owner coming outside still aggressively shouting)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's not to like about a spar? Convenient, easy parking, lots of products on offer, fair pricing, easy to get around, not too crowded and good opening hours so can pop in when in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of food and products. Could even find a decent selection of gluten free products. Huge deli counter. Butcher doesn't seem like much on display but has much more in back and very fresh meat so need to ask him what you need.
